Non "Professional" Corporate Headshot Photography Success!

I really just wanted to share my success here taking headshots for my fellow work colleagues.
I take a TON of pictures.......but most of my photography is artistic and not portraiture.
Anyone can do this........you just need the right LIGHTING!!! They aren't lying, LIGHTING-makes-the-photo.

@3:30 Fully agree Sean's put up a great video on a simple but effective way to take some head shots. Sony's come a long way with skin tones for you to use SOOC images...I personally still prefer Canon's SOOC "look" but Sony's isn't bad.

Yeah. Sean’s great! So calm, inspiring and thoughtful.
Also, one thing that helps me on my Sony cameras is that I usually have my white balance shifted a notch or two towards magenta on the little color. Grid where you can customize each white balance. I found leaving it there helps out with everything, taking a little bit of the green out of the image overall
