Feeding bees & what’s happening in February/March with the beehive.

What’s happening in the beehive in February. Food stores and bee clusters, the Queen is starting to lay and the colonies will start to build up for spring. Food is a must if you are feeding, some of our other hives have still got plenty of honey stores and don’t need help, but it all depends on the hive and bee. By giving food to the bees at this time will let them have the choice to take it if they need it.
