    Did you try the exercises in the video? Which ones will you be adding to a daily routine? (For my wife it's short arc quads, straight leg raises, and band walks. Those take care of her knee pain!) Hope these help you to feel better and get you back to doing the things you love!     I've been working for 3 months SQUATS and LOUNGES and my knee hurts less and less, almost nothing, it's probably getting stronger day by day

    I’ve been doing PT for 2 weeks now for a meniscus fray and iliotibial band syndrome and these are what they have me doing. Hoping it helps my knee.

    Still healing from sciatic pain on my left leg and back of the knee, hamstring and quad feels stiff if I sit too long at my desk and still difficult to walk down stairs with my right knee pain

    Hi
    I was towards the 8:24 on the video where we do the side step.
    When I drop my right leg from the step I get sciatica pain should I continue or stop?
    I had no problem with my left leg
    It's the right side that hurt.

    Hi Jared,
    When I stand for a while - for about 10 mins, there is growing weakness in my knee and rectus femoris tendon.
    I visited 4 doctors, and none of them are able to cure the issue
    I've been lifting for years - the mistake I did was not stretching.
    How can I permanently cure this issue??

    Thanks for these videos, I'll be trying out these excercises for sure! One comment on the sound quality: I saw you got yourself a mic - that was a good move for sure. For me it was a bit uncomfortable to listen to you though, it seemed like you were still talking as loud as you needed to without the additional mic on your shirt. So I'd appreciate if you used a bit of a lower volume when explaining the exercises ;)

    Hey guys I got my own exercise for knee Put the leg that hurts on the wall Leave it there Grab your fist and push on your knee really hard Until it stops hurting😂😂😂😁😁😉

      Better start with brisk walk...den try knee exercises
