The two biggest issues with any type of long-term pain are range of motion limitations and decreases in strength. You’re protecting your leg and not using it to its full capacity and therefore it gets tight and it gets weak.

Fav = knee extension stretch. My knee always feels like it needs to be stretched or popped into position . How often should one do this per week to get best results ? Had a knee injury from running years ago . Did physical therapy and hadn’t been bothered a while until recent years as I’ve gained excessive weight.

Are ball wall squats the same as wall squats? Seems easier to use the stability ball if you have one
In the past when when I did drum corps. (2007-2008) My right knee can crack or buckle up on it's own. Should I wear a knee brace for these exercises?

I have two questions-
1) can these exercises be done on the bed?
2) are they helpful if the gap between knee joint has reduced due to weak muscles?
I have a lot of stiffness in my leg muscles and suffer frequently from painful muscle camps. These stretches are very hard for me to do but I need to do them. I love your video on hyperbolic stretches because you do them along with the viewer, I don't have to worry about timing the pose. Could you repeat this video as though the viewer is doing them along with you?
Hi, Linda. I'm 50yrs old and menopausal and and was dealing with much of the same thing as you listed. Are you taking magnesium supplement? Magnesium glycinate helped me with my muscle pain and stiffness and restless leg syndrome too and helped my sleep too. Hope you find relief.
@@brandywest6085 I take magnesium, B13, D and collagen. I have a knee injury that happened in my 20's and that's what I'm dealing with now, I'm 74 and very careful with my health.... no prescription need, only herbs, vitamins and minerals, and healthy diet.

Won't wall sits be better and effective than wall squats?
I have a meniscus tear. So quad set exercises are out of the question. By pushing your knees to floor, you straighten your tibia and femur so that they pinch the meniscus. This hinders repair of meniscus. So I avoid straightening legs, or bending to the other extreme or twisting knee. In all three situations the meniscus is pinched against or strained and repair is hindered.
Sir my MRI is showing mild OA changes of knee joint mild effusion + intrasubstance cleavage tear in peripheral vascular zone of posterior horn of medial meniscus. Sir i am having very severe pain in my knee.

@@toneandtighten Don't get me wrong, I am feeling now that I was too harsh in saying it. I was in emergency department of the hospital and Doctor saying that you knee has no problem, I see no problem in x-ray and ultrasound - upon this response I started searching knee pain relieving exercises and found yours, and found that you're giving too much technical explanations for the people who landed on your video just for exercises with basic instructions.
I am sorry If I made you feel bad, it's easy to criticize but you are doing a great job. Best of luck for future content
