    I know your content is targeted towards women, but I heard hypopressives help those with hernias. I was wondering if you know what type of hypopressives are good for preventing inguinal hernias or decreasing them. There is very little information online about this, but from what I found it is beneficial.

      Hi, hypopressives strengthens your deep core, so it's helpful for core strength and stability. I don't believe it would reduce a hernia, but depending on the size may help prevent it from getting worse. Hernia is a caution for hypopressives however - so please seek advise on whether it is safe for you to practise.

      @@hypopressiveswithalice Honestly, I've been doing the vacuums for a week now, with different sessions throughout the day, and this is the first day that the hernia has not come out. I've found others here that have had successful results even after years of trying this. Although, they didn't only do vacuums, but eliminated anti-inflammatory foods, did intermittent fasting, consumed collagen to heal the fascia, and much more.
