First thing you should do is replace the battery as that will play havoc with the ecm and cause codes.

Could not erase "SERVICE DUE" message of my 2013 A6 Audi - not oil or anything else , any advise . thx

My Honda says service due and I know I need to change the oil and filters before I press in the dial on the dashboard console. Check engine light is not the same as service due. Check engine light meant a something is wrong/not working.

No, this is wired connection. There are other brands that offer Bluetooth connection.

You are correct. I tried to change it over the summer but ran into an issue. This is an old car. I should have used liquid wrench on the bolt. Since I didn’t, the top of the bold sheered off when I tried to remove it.

I have this scanner, not of much use, there are much better scanners for less money. Would not give a positive review.
