Let's go!
Lies
That unguarantee thing is super funny, AI literally did this to me, getting itself a free truce.
In patch 1.32, AI exploits you.
Was the AI Russia, by any chance ?
@@Winnetou17 It was stupid Milan while I was playing Montferrat, just became independent and wanted to attack them next.
@ :))
When the world needed him the most, he came back
and then disappeared again lol
HE RETURNS!!
Welcome back man, we missed you. Thanks for these fine exploits and for sure Paradox is nerfing that, especially the coalition/guarantee one, that's really broken.
Top quality work Reman! The multiple peace deals in a single war is absolute insanity
I've seen this in a Budget Monk's campaign but I never used it and I forgot about it
It's bonkers but exactly how the mechanic works. I watched Arumba do it as Ragusa vs Otto years ago and the fact that it was known before then and still around now makes that pretty clear. Still feels wrong tho :|
This is clearly an internationally famous CZcams channel by someone who does it as a hobby, and I gotta say thats extremely inspiring. Stay amazing and here's hoping there are exploits in Vicky3 we can all explore
Well, it is a Paradox game, it’s like hoping there are glitches in a Bethesda game
The no ally thing works in non-ironman too -- you have to use save game which should bring up a confirmation box similar to exit game for ironman.
Thanks for the correction Lambda!
@@remansparadox8604 good to see you back , I thought the channel is dead.. your videos are really good.
@@remansparadox8604 There is better way to lose tier 1 reform, but shush
The no ally thing I think still works. I might have done it by mistake but their allies might join in at any time.
Come back to us, we need you (Re)man!
See you next year again I guess 🥲
Apparently not... 😢
😢
Just going to mention for anyone that hasn't had the idea before, but the 'take multiple peace deals in one war' exploit is particularly useful for Delhi, Bahmanis and Vijayanagar. As Sirhind for example (after the starting Delhi war), fight Jaunpur, call Bengal in (promising land), 100% them and give everything to Bengal, and they will only take 3-4~ provinces and give you back 5 or 6 of your cores in my experience. This allows you to get about 170% warscore from Jaunpur in one war and makes them 2 wars rather than 3, very nice.
It is also great for Byzantium in the second war, if you have Bulgaria as a vassal.
@@MrWootaz And byz in the first war, usually allies will give your cores back before releasing bulgaria. Bit riskier, but what Byz strat doesn't involve a couple restarts :)
@@McWerp if you're doing it with allies you will only be able to do it with granting land in the first war, you won't be able to get enough favours unless you actively delay your first war, which I advice against. I mean you can use this to weaken the Ottos by letting your allies take a part of the pie, but they will not give the land to you but just take their own.
@@MrWootaz I usually have allies in the first war, because I use the strat where the first war is declared BY the ottomans.
@@McWerp what the strat? Link or quick decision on how you bait Ottoman to declare?
I'll never forget sitting in my living room watching and rewatching this man's videos trying to grasp this complex game when I first bought it 4 or 5 years ago, I'm at 800 hours now. Thanks ramen 🍜
Ramen is good, and Reman is also good
We missed you man. Welcome back!
Few months ago Florry did a Qing campaign with both Mongol and Qing mission trees. Seemed way more accessible than the GB example
It's always a good surprise to see a new video from you.
You were one of the first people I watched when I first played EU4 4 or 5 years ago. You helped me become a pro. 5 years later, you're still teaching me new things.
So enjoyed seeing a new video from you. Very interesting. I still credit your trade and war guides with getting me over the cliff of a learning curve that is EUIV. Thanks!
dude i litterally checked your youtube page 20 minutes ago, glad you are still in the game
I had to do a double take when I saw you had uploaded a video. Love your works man. Glad to see you back!
Reman I am so very happy to see you back. You make amazing content. Love you bro ❤️❤️❤️
I was just wondering about this channel earlier today. Good to see you back!
Boy, have I been missing these videos! Glad you're back!
Seeing Reman post always makes my day just that much better. Incredible videos!
Happy 2022 Reman! I wish you well.
unironically the best eu4 youtube channel. The only thing I want is more uploads from this beautiful man.
I really love your videos, everytime I watch any of your eu4 videos I know I'm going to learn alot of new things even though I've played this game for over 3k hours.
ur back! I just introduced a friend starting the game to your explinations on strategy, and now your back!
I love how he use Genshin soundtrack on his Eu4 video. I am both 1200 hours Eu4 player and 400 days Genshin player.
what song is it? do you maybe remember
I thought I had the game running on the background lmao.
the soundtrack is "The Realm Within"
Reman - "uploads video"
All of us - "Look at Dr. Strange"
Dr. Strange - "Rise his index, smiling slightly"
Great to have you back! Hope you've been well.
Welcome back man! So nice to see you
Been watching your videos for 5 years and they never disappoint.
Welcome back legend!
I've missed you, welcome back.
This dropping is a very pleasant suprise!
what a come back ! :D
thanks a lot! first one is miracalous for WC
Glad to have you back. What's next, supply mechanics in HOI4?
Glad to see you are back
Hello Reman, nice to see you again!
Holy Moly Reman updated a Video!!!
WOW return of the KING! And im early. 3 minutes ago. welcome back, don't ever leave us again!
Damn, I was scared you'd left us Reman. Good to see you upload again!
Thanks for the video! Great as always.
Omg you’re back!! Welcome back! \o/
Hope you’ve been alright 😊
Good to see you again!
Scrolling through my list of subs to see who's released a new video. Get to the bottom and my heart skips a beat upon seeing that blue dot. It could be 12 exploits to watch paint dry and I'd still smash that like button because OUR EMPEROR HAS RETURNED!
Good stuff thank you so much I needed this!
Welcome back! Was looking for you to post on combat changes in the new hearts of iron expansion. Any chance of that in the future?
He LIVES! Always happy to see content from Reman :)
Amazing how people find these exploits. Thanks for the video!
I'm glad you're still playing, though I have stopped:D
Thank you for coming back, Reman. Your work is amazingly thorough.
Out of curiosity, how do you feel about Quantity ideas now that the manpower bonus has been halved?
Glad to see you back!!!
Hey Reman! :) I'm glad you're back!
The king has returned!
Glad you are still alive :)
Thanks for the vid. I'll see you next year. 👍
Dude! Welcome back!
That peace deal exploit is insane.
It's actually exactly how the peace deal system works
Its less of an "exploit" and more just using the game systems exactly how they were intended.
2020 Part III:
Return of the King
So happy to see you again
for the Buddha one you can also just wait a bit and the same event pops up as if you took the decision. No need to take 25 legitimacy hit if you can afford to wait a year or two
Wow, the final exploit is letting you have AI fort detection, amazing!
He's back! Welcome back Reman.
Ubelievable :O Reman is back
Loved these videos, so much nostalgia
THE RETURN OF THE KING!
RETURN OF THE KING
Welcome back!
bro I thought you were dead welcome back!
Thank you for the Video. I'm a great Fan of your in depth guides. Could you make one about revolutions, please?
new year new reman vid, FeelsGoodMan
The multiple peace deals one I saw on Florry's stream a while ago, been using it since! :) 1 war and you destroy France.
great to see another reman video!
Oh I got another one, never seen anyone mention it. Charter company button was never updated to consider monuments, so you can literally buy yourself a province with a working monument for basically negative money. Bangkok is a good example as it's a level 1 coastal monument that's not religion-locked, and one of the best in game. (once fully upgraded: +1 Yearly absolutism, +15% Governing capacity modifier, +50% Vassal force limit contribution, -10% Aggressive expansion impact)
If you conquer it, and you need to get CBs, fight wars etc. and you'd get it at level 0, spending 1000 gold and 10 years to get it to level 1. Ayutthaya will sell it to you like nothing for just base 700, with working level 1 monument, so it all cost you -300 gold. You can buy stupidly overpowered monuments like that. If they don't like you enough, ally them, buy province, break alliance.
It only works so well, as so many monuments are inland, religion-locked, in capital provinces, owner might feel too strong etc, but it's still silly.
Overall monuments are unbalanced af, but this one interaction reaches exploit level.
As Britain its vital to do this with the monument province just south of gujarat. Makes your navies genuinely impossible to defeat
Some of these are no exploits and others are really old, the separate peacing trick for example is both. It's not an exploit and it's knowon for a long time. Others however are really nice and were very much new to me. I am a bit sad that the merc general exploit is now going to be more well known because that is one of the few actual exploits I did use a lot.
It simply doesn't make sense to have hundreds of thousands of force limit but you are limited to 4 or 5 generals. I think every 100 force limit should automatically unlock a new leader slot that you don't have to pay upkeep for. You would still pay for hiring the general so you will end up spending a ton of mil points if you have 20 armies and want a general for each of them but I think it would make for better gameplay. Or alternatively you could make all generals apart from rulers cost ducats as upkeep and have upkeep increase exponentially like it does for colonies when going over the limit. This wouldn't hurt much for a strong nation but it would definitely be noticeable.
Adding general slots to army professionalism is what I'd like to see. Seems thematic and helps the system be a bit more of a choice than just a manpower bank.
Welcome back Reman
The King is back!
The legend is back
THE KING IS BACK
Welcome back!!!
Yay he's back!!
the king is back!
The King has returned!!!!!!!!!
Return of the King!
Regarding the double mission exploit, I saw Florryworry combine the Mongol and Qing mission trees to great synergistic effect.
I hope you would do some new guide for new players. Im not one but your videos are top quality and the best thing to navigate new players into. Also it never hurts refreshing some basics and catching up changes.
It's really you! I almost can't believe this, I've waited so long
the return of the king
There is also a bug right now that makes it so that if you pick the exploration range bonus for the portugese flagship, it gains infinite exploration range. It is quite stupid that you can reach japan whilst not owning any provinces in Africa or Asia.
That is hilarious.
Return of the king.
I am playing this game since 2017. A random video of you brought me to the franchise and here I am still watching your videos. Over 5000 of hours on steam.
Thank you for introducing me to my favourite game of all times :)
HOLY SHIT! HE'S BACK!
wow, welcome back. and see you next year lol
It’s the Return of the King!
Nice video length. Very EU4 of you.
Holy fuck, Reman is back!
On the revolution one: You can also just stab straight up to 3 as soon as you start the disaster. Costs a lot of admin but it's easy and quick.
Looking back at your "Paradox DLC policy" video, have anything changed that since the last three DLC:s?
The king is back
