stretch daily, every morning. 30 sec per stretch. I personally do side split -> pancake -> pike -> couch stretch (both sides) -> front split (both sides) -> bridge (instead of holding 30 seconds I do 5-10 reps).
That's what I do (I incorporate an active part after every stretch for ~10 secs as well), you can do something different, it doesn't matter that much. Just stretch, every day.

I've noticed since doing this stretch/exercise, my old elbow injury has flared up. I went to a new boxing gym and a guy said he had a similar problem and he snapped a tendon. He said to try to touch my shoulder with my thumb while starting with my arms outstretched to my sides. I couldn't do it and the pain was intense in my elbow. I've booked with a physio but I'm glad this highlighted what movements cause the impingement and pain while in the gym I can also show the physio the test I did to cause extreme pain.
I'm 38 retired pro boxer due to this injury and raising a family.
Anyway I'm grateful for your content. Hopefully I get my elbow/shoulder/neck/pec sorted 😅
