    I have suffered wrist/hands injurys on both hands, left one was more the carpal tunnel area and right was my thumb. I have been doing Calisthenics plus bodyweight exercises (a lot of push ups variations). Now i cut out the unhealthy push ups variations. Im going to use your exercises to finally start training my hands. I thought Calisthenics / body weight is enough, guess i was wrong. Great content.

      Hi there, @pizdesss! Those calluses on your hands are actually a sign of hard work and dedication. While calluses can be a badge of honor for athletes, it's essential to take care of them to prevent any discomfort or tearing.
      You might be interested in these tips I have for you.
      1. Ensure you're using the correct grip on the horizontal bar. This can help distribute the pressure more evenly across your hands.
      2. You can use a pumice stone or callus file after a workout to smoothen those calluses
      3. Use hand moisturizer to prevent dryness
      4. Use gym grips or hand protection gloves to minimize the formation of calluses
      5. Allow your hands some time to recover between intense workouts to prevent overuse and excessive callus development.
