Motivated the hell out of me and I was on the high school football team then. Even better the PSP Vita had a copy of the game so I would carry it with me on games
When the Ravens beat the Niners in the Super Bowl, I referred to this intro, as it seemed like Madden foreshadowed who was going to win it all that year... "Leave. Your. Mark." I sure hope my Jags do it at some point in the future...
Ray Lewis was injured throughout most of the season with a torn tricep if I remember right. But when I heard he was due to return for the playoffs, I called it. I said if he returned, his leadership and motivational talent alone would push them through to win another super bowl. Perfect ending to a brilliant career no one will ever rival
I've always been told that I’m too small, I’m not big enough, I’m not fast enough, I don’t have what it takes. To be the best and stay there, sweat is necessary. Walter and Jerry had their hills, never being comfortable, with just good enough. (Its right now or never, its right now or never) I prepare so no one can take what is mine, no one can replace my mind, my heart. (come on defense) Lombardi inspired me, and now our biggest prize, bares his name. I’m older, of course I’m older, that’s the beauty of it. 16 years plus, different level of wisdom, different level of understanding, different level of punishment. I wanna live long after my records have fallen, long after my rings have tarnished. And whatever you got to do, to make sure you chase your legacy every second of your life. Will you be remembered, how would you be remembered, why wouldn’t you fight for the greatest achievement ever? LEAVE... YOUR... MARK...
Madden has to get these intros back in the game
EA lost their hearts after 2009.... 2012 as their last okay game
I want to watch this every morning....
Im boutta run thru a brick wall
These comments had me dying ☠
Imagine telling ray lewis he isnt big enough
Kamran he was 6’1
Effortless Insec we are talking about nfl players. The optimal size for a mlb is like 6’3 245
He was small growing up
London Flecther was 5'11
This and the Madden 08 intro ( when Brian Dawkins speaks) Still gives me chills to this day
This will always give me chills... the first madden I bought with my own money, watched this EVERYDAY
Fr bro I was 9 playing this
First Madden was the first very Madden game for the PC/ Old Consoles
Real ones never booted up the game without watching this all the way through
Motivated the hell out of me and I was on the high school football team then. Even better the PSP Vita had a copy of the game so I would carry it with me on games

Ok first, no offense, the jags got a LONNGGG road ahead, but tbh, seeing them beat the Patriots in a super bowl would be great lol
Hey yall about to get T Law and possibly urban meyer as a head coach so maybe soon man
@@christianarnold4725 that’s not possible they both afc teams
Irony, 1:12 "long after my records have fallen" is now Cooper Kupp breaking Calvin's record.
Easily one of the two best intros in Madden history along with Madden 12🔥💯
I love how the tittle sequence to “Madden 13” is like a transformers type sequence. Cause Megatron is on the cover.
Liked it better when it ended with 'leave your mark to endure forever'
I remember when I would play madden 13 I would get so hype watching this.
Still one of the best intros of all time
Watching this in 2020 wow it was 2012 when the game came out 8 years ago. Crazy.
Best madden intro of all time!!!🔥🔥🔥🔥
I agree but you also have to mention Madden 08 intro as well
Greatest intro to a game ever
The 4 ppl who disliked this had to be Pittsburgh fans🤦🏿♂️
Nostalgia
Say what you want about Rays issues outside of the game. He was one of the greatest to every play the position and the NFLs greatest hype man
Enough to make a grown man cry
man, he really killed this
One of the last good maddens 🤧
Imagine being the running back and seeing the face at 0:41

Piss ants from Pittsburgh
AFC north rivals
People who believe he's a killer
Well, he got to the NFL all 100 team so if say he's good
SIXTEEN YEARS PLUS
Yet alone a LB that demands you take the level of punishment and dish it out weekly
