You can wail on this game all you want, this game is a far better experience than Madden 22 today
The best madden gameplay like this are madden 07, madden 09, madden 10, madden 11, madden 12, N madden 13 they don’t make maddens like this anymore I miss how madden was made now a days they don’t give a fck at all they make it then sell it they don’t want the fans to feel so happy to play madden like they lost it all the past 5-7 maddens won’t ever beat the old past ones

@@ReadIcculus93 nah frl I'm 21 now born in 2003 but I'm really an old soul I hate where gaming has went not even just madden we lost fun gaming at exchange for "realistic graphics" and "online currency" gotta play the older games for actual fun
@nflwrbeasthd6231 the level of depth those games had with stats and franchise mode made me fall in love with the NFL and football in general.
I used to go in and change the roster around to put my favorite players in. Switch some OLineman around and fix my WR and CB depth. Then years later even I was in high school, one of the guys I was familiar with ended up coaching me. I knew him more from madden than any NFL games because he was a backup for a while. Just wild how the world works.

This is pretty old and my parents had it and I've played it a few times but I've also seen people play Madden 24 and Madden 13 just seems so much better

Madden NFL 13 undoubtedly is the game that killed Madden series. It removes 227 game features from Madden NFL 11 and 12 in order to clear the path to Madden Ultimate Team. The franchise mode in Madden 13 was replaced by completely thin "Connected Career" mode...

I felt like Madden 13 was a kinda decent game, but it just wasn’t a good idea to strip down all of the game modes just to focus on MUT.

This Madden 13 and Madden 25 ( 14 ?) are best. And NCAA14.
Madden 13 looked like the old PS2 Maddens and played like them which is a good thing. My beef with this one was only that you couldn't do a true custom playbook.
Just got this on the ps vita its first madden I've ever played, never watched American football so I'm really struggling to get into it but I'd love to be able to 🤣🇬🇧

People talk about madden 12s presentation, but I really love this presentation, looks almost exactly like CBS and I love it
in madden 12, you saw team mascots running explosion sounds crowd cheering and star players being called one by one, in 13 you get a more tv like experience with commentators missiles better than 12’s, so less exciting but more realistic than 12s pregame
unless it’s the super bowl pregame then sure 13s better in every way
Madden 13:
Presentation: 8/10 (but not as much opening hype)
Physics: 9/10 They were honestly pretty good!
Animations: 5/10 (step back from 12)
Gameplay 6/10 (small step up)
Extra modes 1/10 (i cant forgive this game... it took franchise, superstar, combined them into garbage, no create a team, no pro bowl, have the crappy metro theme menus, i could go on!)
Graphics 6.5/10 better antialiasing and general graphics then 12, but helmets and lighting were a step back
soundtrack 5/10: only menu instrumentals that were good, but where’s actual songs??
Extra features 2/10, lacking...
Bugs 4/10 there were some at times
Menus: 2/10 clunky and hard to users
Final review: 3.5/10 (disappointment)

19:46 God the field goal kicking animation was terrible. Literally WALKS up to the football and casually kicks a 42 yard field goal. That actually annoyed me more than anything. Madden 07 on fuckin PS2 was more realistic
Madden 13’s gameplay was the GOAT. Too bad the rest of the game was a steaming pile of dog poo that ruined Madden otherwise.
