When I got to reconcile mine looked different but I didn't panic. I looked at that part in the video over and over and got it. This has saved me so big. Thank you Thank you Thank you. Great video. Been struggling with a beginning-balance issue; the beginning balance that QBO is auto-inserting in the beginning balance box when I start a reconciliation is wrong, but there doesn't seem to be a way to fix it. There is nothing populating in the reconciliation history field, even though there were reconciliations performed during the time when I was using QB Desktop (it doesn't seem to have been brought in with the data import).

The creation of the accountant's account has led to nothing but problems. How to make things that used to work just find confusing, Intuit! Thanks for this workaround (that should not be needed in the first place) to get me back on track with my work.

I may have to do what you taught here though I wish I won’t have to. The firm’s 2019 tax was already done. I joined this firm a week ago & found no reconciliation for 2020. I want to go move on to 2020 with as little going backwards to 2019 as possible. What is the best way to get going? Reconciliation was previously done only for Sep thru Dec 2019 & I am not sure how accurate it was either. Thanks

Yes tell me how to do this reconciliation with the bank can I call them and tell them to look into the account and why I'm showing the positive balance and they're showing the negative balance can I do it that way verbally
