These are some great tips! I recognise the changes in sprint behaviour Aaron mentions, going long is the name of the game now.

I’ve been frustrated by increasing noise from my drivetrain on my bike that’s permanently attached to my Zwift hub. I followed the tips e.g. cleaned my drive train, tightened the cassette lock ring (SunRace cassette which was loose), tweaked the cable tension and low and behold my trainer is nearly silent again. THANK YOU!

Tons of information to pack in this video! Love that is kept concise and relevant to racing on Zwift.
    Follow-up questions:
For the what gear to wear. What gear should the bike have? Are flats acceptable for racing? Is using a dedicated indoor bike trainer allowed?

Regarding Zwifting without a shirt, the mechanic at my local bike shop doesn't recommend it. Sweat drips all over the bike. Fasteners corrode. So does the chain. I started wearing a shirt after the front deraileur froze up due to corrosion.
