Real reason Newcastle isn’t being played is that it makes your randoms think they’re invincible
1. good coordinated teams shred right thru the mobile shield (even with the +250) and then you’re crypto with double the hitbox.
2. No passive damage reduction (besides knockdown shield but if you’re reviving you’re probably already losing the fight). Gibby has an arm shield. Caustic can have 6 small “ shields” out at a time (barrels).
Gibby got the shotgun perk, Newcastle didn’t. If you’re CQB fighting in your mobile shield chances are the enemy is experienced with that and has half your hitbox plus abilities.
Maggie’s design dominates Newcastle. Sheila dominates Newcastle. Newcastle defines mid.

Nah, it's the massive hitbox which makes playing around positional abilities(which are difficult) even harder.

Jmeyels (he's the worst) and thordan smash are clickbaiter.
Newcastle's pick rate is also a reflection of the fact that a lot of legends with thrown abilities like Maggie and Fuse tend to bully him. Rampart and Caustic are also in reasonable places this season and both can give him a hard time. I really think his ult needs a buff in general against thrown abilities / gernades in general.
Still got people in the comments saying, " New Skins almost worth it." No its not anymore and youre part of the reason the game will never get fixed

I remember when people were speculating about legend perks being added into apex similar to what Fortnite had. I never liked the idea and thought it was actually kinda stupid. I’ve been loving the perks tho. It feels like the game should’ve always had them. They allow you to be more versatile… except when one option is way better than they other lmao

It just seems like every time we get something added to the game that we may or may not like it causes so many other issues that negates or nullify changes almost at the point of just wanting them to leave it alone if they cant add without resetting progress taking skins we already own or offering bundles with weapons that are not suppose to be in the bundle

Yeah no. But I do agree that bins next to each other need a guaranteed gun. I once looted 7 bins in a row and got nothing but ammo, weapon attachments and grenades, not even a p2020 or Mozambique.

If quads are coming, and LTM 12v12, I think it'll be 3 squads of 4 on each team. 3 squads on each team is Control right now so increasing members per squad by one isn't too far fetched.
perks is all fine and all but i hate the evo harvester system >.<

I was skeptical of the perks but I kind of like them now.
Don’t think they have to change abilities for solos. If a legend isn’t a good solo player just don’t play them. At most their passive might be useless, but for example lifeline and new castles other abilities still work fine. I’d personally still use lifeline just for her drone
I thinm they need too balance soome of the perkson buff soome coz some legend peaks see just awfull

Castle needs some serious buff or rework lol hes too big for someone who's suppose to support his allies so closely, his ult takes about 9 years to get out of the animation and its beyond clunky and ends up placing itself weird or worse it locks onto your team mate for no reason and you jump to nowhere. As someone who mained him a lot previously i hope they can rejuvenate him somehow he has his use but generally 95% of the time hes a burden to use.
