    Summary
    This video is a Q&A session where the speaker answers questions about his raw vegan diet and recommends raw almonds for almond milk. He also discusses the benefits of fresh coconut water over pasteurized coconut water in Tetra packs. The speaker shares his thoughts on the ingredients in a taco seasoning and suggests making your own blend if possible. He also talks about his personal water-drinking habits and the importance of staying hydrated throughout the day. Lastly, he mentions that cooked foods can improve the microbiome, but recommends getting a microbiome test to determine which specific foods would be beneficial.
    Highlights
    The speaker recommends using raw almonds for almond milk and avoiding roasted nuts due to potential health risks.
    Fresh coconut water is considered the best option, but pasteurized coconut water in Tetra packs is still a good alternative.
    Making your own taco seasoning is ideal, but using a pre-made blend with organic ingredients is acceptable.
    The speaker suggests drinking water in the morning and evening, but emphasizes the importance of staying hydrated throughout the day.
    Cooked foods can improve the microbiome, but the best approach is to get a microbiome test to determine which specific cooked foods are beneficial.

      Cucumber juice, or pineapple juice, or fennel juice, alone or all 3 together puts me to sleep. Cherry juice too and eating cashews.

    Do you check your blood glucose regularly and if so, how does juicing affect your blood sugar numbers? I'm concerned about not having the fiber in my juice leading to Type 2 diabetes. Thanks.

    • @girlanonymous
      @girlanonymous Před 5 měsíci

      Drink more green than fruit juice and you can leave pulp and it still is juice. Not sure why everyone assume that juicing means you can’t include pulp? Or if you want pulp/fiber then eat a salad, eat fruit whole , or make a smoothie. It’s that simple.

      Type 2 diabetes is caused by blockage in the liver and pancreas caused by meat and dairy and eggs . Read Dr. Michael Greger's book How Not to Die and How Not to Age. Just eat fresh fruits and veggies and nuts and seeds and melons and berries and seaweeds and lentils and heal yourself and the planet

      Not true. Stop disseminating incorrect info. Water is great. Lots of patients are dehydrated, specially as they get older. And the saliva gets too thick and inefficient. There are so many reasons to be well hydrated. Could be with eating a lot of water-rich foods like him or drinking enough water to make sure your body gets toxins flushed out.
