Those who know me know that I am not a full-time vegetarian although it's something that I'm interested in. It just so happens that everything I eat in this day is vegetarian and I eat vegetarian a lot of the time now those of you that have been watching my videos or listening to my podcast already know. I am very passionate about my Ayurvedic diet right now. Ayurveda is the sister science to yoga, it's a medicinal system that dates back thousands of years and adheres to the philosphy that food is medicine. The idea is that if you eat appropriately for your mind, body type you're gonna feel better, feel more vitality and come back into balance.

Right now the healthiest thing I do is on sundays I make a giant pot of veggie lentil soup to take for my lunches for the week and prep fruit and veggie snacks. Leave oats soaking on water night before. Next day... one hour after a warm glass of water with lemon 😉... mix on blender, add 1/4 teaspoon tumeric, 1/4 cinnamon and a pinch of ground pepper. Add honey if you wish and or a little of a type of milk you like (almond, rice, soy) and enjoy! Cheers 🌼

Hi Ryan, I'm a holistic health coach. You could try Quinoa cooked the night before and eaten at room temp the next day. Have it with a few soaked nuts and a drizzle of honey or some fresh berries or soaked goji berries and cinnamon. Or something that I find many love, is to mix 1 Tbsp Chia seeds into 150ml coconut or almond milk and 1/4 tsp of vanilla bean extract with handful of berries. Stir until chia seeds they have swollen a little and dispersed in the liquid. Then sprinkle shredded coconut on top and cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hrs, makes 2 serves.
