    HARANA NI ISAGANI
    Hatinggabi sa dilim
    Naghihintay
    Ang kislap ng bituin
    Tanging ilaw
    Ang aking dalangina'y
    Iyong sulyap
    Buksan ang 'yong bintana
    Dungawin mo, giliw
    Kay dilim ng gabi
    Lungkot ko'y kay tindi
    Kay dilim ng gabi
    Lu lu lu lu lu
    Nang una kang makita
    Sa simbahan
    Lagi kang nasa isip
    Sa tuwi-tuwina
    At nang ika'y lumuhod
    Nangumpisal
    Parang ako'y nabaliw
    Nabihag sa 'yong hinhin.
    Isang sulyap o ngiti
    Aking minimithi
    Isang sulyap o ngiti
    Hmm hmmm
    Pagibig
    Sa buhay kong sawi
    Ay isang batu-balani
    Na nagtaglay ng ligaya
    At tanging nagniningning
    Pagsuyo
    Dinggin aking harana't

I really like the older Filipino music. I hope you continue making these type of content as it helps preserve our heritage. I love the bolero sound of “Iniibig Kita”. Could you perhaps continue making more music like that? I am 20 years old and I cannot find any other songs like it. Us Filipinos here in America especially in my area are yearning for more music like this. Thank you!

Harana is a fading genre. Thank you for reviving this time-honored tradition.

Bravo! Im really interested in filipino traditional music as it is very similar to older Mexican music i.e boleros and mariachi due to historic ties between both countries. I have a request if you could play a song by Pilita Corrales “Sinumpa ko sa Dios”. I’m not sure what genre that falls under in Filipino music because there aren’t many that have that sound. Would be nice if that would be revived again! Anyway, I enjoy your music, you’re one of the few that still showcase this heritage.
