My 8 year old daughter and 5 year old daughter love this band. I took the oldest to a show in phx and she knew Johannes by his first name and waved to him perched up on my shoulders and he waved back! Thank you for making your shows a family outing!!

I kinda had an idea something might be coming when i went to buy some merch and most of the Feathers and Flesh stuff was on last chance but i never expected something this good.
I just talked to "the king" himself two weeks ago and we asked about a new album. The conversation got kind of awkward and he denied and tried to avoid talk of anything new.
I was during the whole Feathers and Flesh hype. I didn't know what they were making but they were just posting so many video's and pictures from the production in the studio. Even the skiing video's they posted were related to the studio (for the wind in Sky burial). That was cool. I liked that. But on the other hand randomly bringing a song is nice too. It's like "Good morning! We have a new song for you!"

The way they weave so many sounds and feelings. The guitar riffs stop and turn on a dime. Theh grasp your attention every chorus.
And obviously, his voice. One in a million vocalist. What's also great, is he seems like, they seem like, very humble gentleman. Humble gentleman with some serious fucking METAL in their veins!

Just saw these guys at rockville. I had been shown them before and I decided that they weren't the type of band I liked, but when I saw their show I was converted. They have one of the greatest stage presences I have ever seen. They are awesome!

I saw them this summer and Kungen started the show playing this song in
his throne, the most epic, badass thing I've ever witnessed.
I'm not typically as into growly vocals (ie black/thrash metal) but there is absolutely nothing I don't love about this band, the instrumentals, the vocals, this video, or simply how I felt watching it for the 100th time in a row. Similar to some of the comments below, I've been a rock/alternative/metal fan for a very long time and absolutely can't believe I haven't heard Avatar before 2020. It will take time fully discovering their catalog but I'm looking forward to it.
I wish more bands would make videos at least half as good as Avatar does! AWESOME!
