I live in Atlanta. I have had women (BLK) tell me that if I wanted to date them I needed to pay their baby sitter, Pay cell phone bill, car payment. I am done and over it. this was near ten years ago. It is crazy out here. Guys if you are married and have a good lady at home black or otherwise, Keep them. Nothing out here in these streets !
Also, pay for their STD prescriptions!

I knew I wasn’t gonna be married to a black woman every since I was young. My surroundings, my sisters my single mom, the girls at school, my mom’s friends all lead to my decision. 14 yrs of being with my wife now since 23. Best decision of my life!

Black men should have a higher marriage rate than even Asian men. Gen Z is probably the most integrated generation of black people so by 2027 the youngest Gen Z will be 30 years old. I’d be interested in seeing what the marriage rate will be for black men.

Modern women want something other than marriage. Partnerships and marriage are distinctly different things. It's the same distinction between a woman and a woman that has been raised, trained, conditioned to be a wife. Men still desire traditional relationships, marriage. Modern women do not desire tradition and men can't make them desire tradition so they are going elsewhere or checking out.

See that's why Black men in particular who have means needs to stop dealing with women of a certain class. We keep running back to women from the "Communitah" instead of pursuing women who come from money. Women who come from money often have a different mindset.
No, most of us men do not lead with money... But it's expected! Now I've been married twice to my beautiful sistas because I love my women! But the only woman that ever bought me joy was an Mexican woman! And I hate we let it go! She was not a taker but a giver! We tried to out give each other! Even now, if i have need she will not hesitate and I'm the same with her! If she saw a need that she can meet she did without me asking and I the same for her! And I mean simple stuff like helping her with homework/research! Or if she fell short on cash I had her back and same for me! Our women don't want to do shit but spend your money and catch semen! Also, the Sexual Marketplace Value or Power a Man has over a Woman comes from something. Is the Man consider Sexually Attractive to most Women, is he tall, commanding and considered an Alpha?

Back in the Day, Men use to say, Don't hate the Player; hate the game. So, not only did Average Men have to deal with Dishonest Women, they also had to Deal with Sneaky Men. So, in essence it's hard to be the Good Man in dating and relationships and it's gotten progressively worse with Feminism. "Unless you're already what Women or a particular Woman wants."
Basically, "Average Men" have to be private investigators, psychologists and Human Lie detectors to be successful at relationships. Not saying that I agree with throwing Money at Women. However, Average High Earning or Responsible Men need to learn how to use Money to weed out Women and not get caught up with a Chameleon or another Man's Side Chick.
To go a step further, "All Women are not Wives." And being an Alpha will not change that. And any so called Alpha that believes that probably hasn't run into a Woman that's his vice yet. And, how many Alphas actually "deal with and Marry" Women on their level? Not talking about a Woman that already has your respect. I'm talking about the Woman "you have to work for" just to get her attention and respect. You know, the Woman that knows her worth and will not tolerate cheating or another Woman. She's also the Woman "that if she leaves" you cry whether you are an Alpha Male or not.
Because it's easy to be an Alpha over a Groupie. And a True Alpha doesn't just recognize another Man as an Alpha. No, he's competition or a potential threat. However, at minimum, he might respect his "potential" strength and influence.
Having a High Sexual Market Value with Women and being an Alpha Male are two different things.

A lot of Black women give off that a man is never good enough for her. A man in general starts out with an offer when he approaches her with interest. It is a lot to get through. You also have to be okayed by her friend group. The other big thing is they generally don't feel they need to do anything for a man. There is the lack of respect for kindness and dealing with their violent temperaments. Your man hood is constantly tested or called into question. These are high hurdles just to be with someone. The use of stars and athletes is different. Those guys are surrounded and steered into situations. They are propped up and controlled. The moment one of them gets out of line, they're done for.
I mean isn't that what men have been doing. Knowing their value. In the end their is no right one.😅

its not the fact that men lead with money they lead with what they know or think women like or want to attract or get them.
Heres what's happening:
Simps lead with what women want. (money, materials, depreciating items) = short term value
Men lead with what women need. (time value, tangible/intangible assest, connection knowledge) = long term increasing value
Hyenas choose and use what simps provide - short term
Women choose what men provide - long term
As everything in this world things can get twisted to produce other scenarios to consider
