If you'll be interested, why commentator sad so bad about Tiraspol - this city is placed in so called Pridniestrovie, it is occupated by russians since 1990, just like they did in Ukrainian Donbas in 2014. They planned to take over Ukraine and then move on Moldova, since they have their place of arms in so called Pridnestrovie. It is really depressive region, just like all occupated by russians are... sry for bringing politics here, but I thought this might be an interesting fact.

Greetings from Ukraine. Anastasia Shpagina and Valeria Lukyanova were very popular on the Internet at one time, however, this video is the worst that could be viewed. This photos of Shpagina were taken BEFORE plastic surgery and were very heavily photoshoped. If it's really interesting, then I can prepare real materials. And there's some tea there with botched prosedure.

I think it’s dependent on the situation. There’s a difference between doing body modifications and surgeries for fun, to improve your self image, or way of life.
On the other side, then there’s unhealthy extremities. This is where it’s clearly not going to stop due to deep set mental illnesses like dysmorphia. They’ll probably never be happy with themselves due to constant criticism of their own body.
This is where it’s more bad since they’ll wind up hurting themselves before realizing “Hey, maybe it’s not my body but something in my mind I should be addressing”. And the way people may attack, support their constant modifications, or any sort of positive or negative attention may only fuel them to not look at their mental state and only pay attention to their bodies.

About the huge eyes. As an ex-cosplayer, I've seen contacts that have huge irises and somehow physically widen the eyes, too. Then you get creative with the makeup. White directly around your eyes and strategically put fake lashes can do wonders. Then there's good lighting and photo editing. All of these things look pretty iffy (and often cakey and cheap) irl, especially when you can see the model's real lashes peaking through the drawn on extended eye whites.
Honestly, I can believe the last 2 girls haven't had any plastic surgery but are instead close and intimate with Photoshop.

I always think about that. And how people, with real problems(may Gid help them), who have to go trough total anaesthesia often, dread it, but for people like these it's like "it's raining outside, will rain the whole weekend, that's so boring...what could I do to amuse myself? I know. I'll call my surgeon, and see if he can squeeze me in". And going under often can weaken the heart, and all the pain, over and over again... Don't know why people do that to themselves, when there's no need for it. It's like half of the world turned into masochists.

Angelababy is extremely well-known in China (I would know-I was born there) and I loved her as a kid, but I never believed that she never had surgery. It’s pretty common in China, and it’s usually amazingly-frighteningly-well done. Mom has been trying to get my monolids done for the “natural Asian crease”, but I’m planning on quietly refusing. I fought with my appearance for much too long due to facial dysmorphia. I won’t let myself go down that hole of endless plastic surgeries, ever.

As a kid/teenager I was always at the doctor for problems of runny nose and difficulties to breathe through my nose. Even as an adult, it's still annoying and I often have sinusite and other nose related illness/discomfort. A doctor even suggested to go through surgery to make my nose bigger but the chances it would improve things were quite slim...

I think the commentators tone reflects the sheer frustration a lot of us have with these folks who clearly have procedures and get pissed when people call put their lies. The vast majority of us don't give a shit if you've had surgery. If you're this extreme own it. Really no need to lie and get offended when called out. You want an extreme look or to look 100% different than you were born so be it but don't pretend you didn't have surgery.

    • @Shirlyswirly
      @Shirlyswirly Před 10 měsíci +4

Yeah a lot of her tone gives me click bait-sensational-fake anger vibes, but still I think it's justified to judge these people for lying about their surgeries. Because to pretend someone can naturally look like that is upholding unrealistic and unattainable beauty standards. If it weren't for people publicly calling them out lying tons of women and girls would see it and wonder why they don't have bodies like these.

Commentator was so mean about poor Anastasia! Actually she publicly discussed issues with her rhinoplasty and she even went to court because of it. It went very wrong, her plastic surgeon made her nose too narrow, so as a result she had major troubles with breathing. Her surgeon didn’t help her at all, moreover he even threatened to destroy her for opening about her experience 😢

8:50 Actually Anastasiya Shpagina did undergo a rhinoplasty, but way after the photos they shared were made. There was a whole story because her nose was botched(( Nastay is very open about how she achieves the way she looks. And she is not wearing this extra doll-like makeup anymore, this was smth like 10 years ago!
P.S. The left picture of her they show at 9:45 is way older than the right one, lol :D
I know the exact video from her channel the left screenshot was taken, it's 4 years old. And the right one is more than 10 years old because, as I've mentioned, she stopped wearing this makeup style looong ago.

As I have always wondered...where do these people get all the money to do all these procedures? I bet they cost quite a bit of money. Even as an influencer making a decent amount of money, I don't think that would be enough for some of these things.
Also with the nose thing, a few years ago I saw these nose lifting shaper inserts you can put inside your nose to change your bottom nose shape. I was interested in them when I saw one of my favorite actor's nose shape was contrastingly different from drama vs. backstage interviews.

I can tell you how to do the eyes. I've done them before. You use big contacts to cover the entire eyeball(the white part included), and then you use makeup around it, drawing out the eye shape, drawing the whites of the eyes, making it bigger so it shows the illusion of bigger eyes. It really is just make up and big contact lenses. ✌️🤝

I have a genuine question. When reviewing extreme cases of cosmetic surgeries such as these, (having ribs removed, extremely large lips) at what point would you consider the mental health of the person possible impacting their want/need for more cosmetic surgeries/treatments that could impact their physical health? I'm only asking this as I'm a double amputee (completely different circumstances i know) and before my surgery my mental wellbeing had to be evaluated to ensure I knew all the risks and possible outcomes of my surgery. And I was just wondering, when you review cases such as these, if you were their doctor, at what point would their mental well-being be taking in to account when they are requesting such extreme surgeries and treatments? I know you aren't their doctor, but I was just curious is all. Anyway waves to everyone and I hope you are well 🤗

I feel like celebrities who lie about having plastic surgery done are genuinely hurting so many people’s self esteems, and possibly even contributing to self hatred and mental unwellness… the day to day person might feel like if they “just tried hard enough” they could look like them. Which obviously, is impossible.
“Natural Beauty” does not exist in any way that makes a person look like them. It just does not happen.
I feel like more people should view bodies like these as what they are; genuinely unhealthy and dangerous. If people wish to risk their health for their own perception of beauty, their body is their own, but to outright lie and make others feel the pressure to look like you is just genuinely awful.

The craziest part is the last lady, Valeria; is a strict "raw vegetarian", and is living on a liquid diet. She said that her weight was 45 kg (100 lb) in 2012. In 2014, she was training herself to live off only light and air and converting to "breatharianism" (some kinda cult with the belief that food and possibly water are not necessary for survival) but later she stopped it. Probably couldn't cope with that (obviously because that's so absurd!) but she did say she would like to reach the point of breatharianism someday. What a nut job. She doesn't need online validation, she needs to see a therapist.
