- It's been a few weeks since I shared the picture of this cake on my Instagram (@shivesh17) but since then, I've been getting messages for it almost every day! I made it again to share the recipe with you guys because it's definitely the best chocolate cake I've eveeeer made!
This #PuddingCake is #eggless but if you want to make chocolate cake with egg, you can refer to this recipe - bakewithshives...
and then follow the same method.
I can promise you that you'd love this rich, decadent chocolate cake filled with the best chocolate pudding and topped with almond praline- it's indulgence at it's best!
Chocolate cake sponge
1 + ½ cups maida
¾ cup cocoa powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
¾ cup vegetable oil
1 + ½ cups castor sugar
1 cup hung curd
½ tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
Chocolate pudding
2 cups milk
1/2 cup fresh cream
1cup dark chocolate
1tsp instant coffee powder
3tbsp cornflour
6tbsp sugar
2tbsp cocoa powder
2tbsp butter
1tsp vanilla
Almond praline
1/2 cup almonds (whole)
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp water

Guys trust me, his recipes are bomb. My dadi didn't really liked cakes and all that dessert material, but she loves it because, Shivesh's recipes are 100% successful and more yummy than it looks. Just a lil' saving trick...make half the amount of almond and sugar thing ..as for this quantity half will be more than enough
And also make less chocolate probably 1/3 coz it's almost impossible to finish up the cake with so much chocolate...

I started following him last Saturday and I am seriously obsessed

I have tried one of the brownie recipes and It was the best

Amazing recipe! I tried the sponge cake, it had the perfect consistency. I have tried tons of recipe and none turned out as good as this one. Just one problem, I could taste the oil separately which killed the entire taste. Can you suggest which oil to use exactly?
