  • Want to know how to fillet a Blackfish, well here you go! They have thick rib bones and tough leather skin, so make sure you have a good sharp knife! Take your time and get as much meat as possible off that fish, don't skip out on the belly or the cheeks! This is one species that you should make sure to get as much meat as possible from it!
