You are engulfed in your movement. Which shows your love for the art. But it does not always make for the best instructional strategy. May I suggest longer segments of the movement at a slower rhythm. Great work. And thank you

Master how can i caught up the Day a drill number 4"? Its difficult to me to follow can u give me advice coz i feel like my body doesnt move according to the movement of countering and footwork, Thank you Guro, Im a Filipino Fan of yours
First I'd like to say how much I like your videos. I'd like to purchase the Double Sticks Vol. 1 & 2 Value Pack, but I'd like to know more about what's on them, how many trainings are there. In short more details. Thnx and all the best.
You could run the same patterns using 2 karambits. Just change your targets from hard targets to soft targets. Study of anatomy is an essential part of knife training. Good luck!
6/20 - Been awhile for me following, been rehabbing a hip injury (Father Time is catching up with me). Is this Sinawali exercise too advanced for newbies like myself? Peace, Eric.
Try them and see how they feel. You don’t have to order them First though. Go to a hardware store and test with a 3/4” pvc or doll rod to see how that fits and feels. 👍🏻
Thank you for the reply, deeply appreciated. Have you seen a movie called The Man from Nowhere? It's a South - Korean movie. I highly suggest you check it out if you haven't already, much love. Mabuhay!
Just curious: Have you ever done stick fighting? Even at say 75% power and wearing headgear getting hit w a stick can be devastating. Now imagine if the unprotected head was also a target.
Those rattan sticks hit really hard, and any other sticks hit hard too if used correctly. And not to mention the bladed weapons this art was meant for.
Always Grateful For Your Videos, Brother. I've Even Been Training Others Using The Techniques I Learned From You.

Can do it seated in a chair and moving only arms
I got small hands, should I opt for 3/4in sticks?

Really,this ain't work during fighting.

@@ericb2409 Now imagine something that's not a stick, like steel pipes. I tested them once on a stationary plank and those hit very powerfully.
It is all about speaking. In real battle, only brain are useful.
Thanks!
