When you disconnect the adblue pipes, what blind caps are you using to stop the liquid from dripping? Assume they are silicone based, but what size (is diameter of the pipes)? Thanks

Please advise, I am a resident of the Arabian Gulf and we do not have maintenance for diesel cars I would like you to help me with my BMW 520D, 2016 the problem is that it does not consume the Adblo, as the meter reading has not changed from 6 months ago, as every time I fill the tank, I find it full and a message appears when I start it saying ( Adblue system fault ) for more than 6 months and I use the car on a daily basis What's the solution ? What are the problems that may happen? What is the way to fix it and how much does it cost? In the event of canceling the system completely, how much is the cost, what are the steps and their cost, with mentioning the pros and cons, if any I thank the organizers of this channel for helping people and making them aware
Letztes habe ich von aldi gekauft adblue dan 1 jahre spetär gleiche fehler gekomt, ich denke Aldi adblue schlechte qualität . Hab eine frage geht es mit presto dpf reiniger spülen
Hi there, I appreciate this was a year ago, but did you use any special paste to seal it back in place when you put it back together? Not sure if the white hardened powder was a sealant paste or just built up dirt from adblue? Thanks
There is no need for sealing substances, mount everything in place as it was, taking care that the sealing surfaces are clean. That white powder is nothing but dry ad-blue.
Thank you for the video! I just replaced the feed line from the nox tank, as well as a new injector, now the black connector won't stay on the injector nipple. It stays on for about 10 seconds then comes back out. Any ideas what it could be?
@@JHAMS-007-car-repair thank you for the fast reply, before I pressed the white tab and slid it onto the injector. Now what I did was just push it into the injector until I hear a click. So far it’s staying in 🙏 thank you so much
@JHAMS On a BMW X5, refilled the tank with adblue but it has not reset or detected that it has been refilled? So i don't get ripped off at the garage what could it be?

Try to operate the release buttons of the coupling without being mounted on the injector, you can use an anti-seize spray.

Do the coolant pipes have an order to be installed or not?
They have a specific position, if they are not positioned correctly they can be damaged.
How often or in every kms/miles should adblue injector be clean?
It is not a predetermined interval but if it wears a poor quality adBlue there will be a lot of deposits and then you need it at least once a year.
How much mileage do you have when you do that?
