      Hi Frank, I would recommend reaching out to a Veteran Service Officer who can help you get a claim started. You can find one in your area by going here: www.nacvso.org or go to your local DAV or VFW, they can likely refer someone to help you. We only work in appeals so if you get denied reach out to us.
