    you can get a reusable filter for Keurig then put regular ground coffee in it. no more trash

    5:45 It’s called ‘Burning an Inch’ and usually you just start at the 1” line and then add an inch to your overall measurement. Starting at the 10” mark works equally as well.

    They have deck systems for two story decks where the ceiling of the first floor serves as your gutter system. So that the water drains into under ground pipe and the first floor stays dry. But you can fyi it and run curragated metal on ceiling on a slope to drain into gutters. Bit that is one nice size deck. Good for you bub 💯👍😎🇺🇸💥

    Oh oh a carpet on the timber construction with out a roof is not a good idea. The carpet to take the water on and the wood to begin to mould and you must great repair. The video is very instructive. Against what skilled. Tanks for my 🇦🇹

    usally when you can't cut a 45 it means the wood is cupped or the table on the saw is bent

    You can get refillable K-Cups for your Keurig. Just put regular coffee grounds in them and reuse them.

    "Bought not built" lol. Use rake metal or longer drip metal to cover that seem too. I notch the post. I hate have to fix bolts or nails on decks that are failing. I use a french press and old school kettle. I bring the percolator to job site if a fire pit or grille there in cold months.

    Pro tip when painting,always paint in the shade,so you don’t get different patterns and nuances,all over,and never dilute your paint.

      Paint in the shade? What difference does it make whether you paint in the sun or in the shade? Other than the sun tires you out?

      @@2004jessiehs if you paint in the sun,the paint dries too fast,literally seconds,if that happens and you overlap,guess what happens.You get stripes and small pieces of dry paint on the new paint.You end up with clumps all over.Also an unprofessional look.When painting inside,I close the windows and doors for the same reasons.Open them only when I am done.The small things make the difference between a job well done vs here,it’s done,now pay me

    I live in Sweden and have never lived anywhere where there is carpet on the floor. I don't think I have ever seen it, except in the UK. I have never ever seen carpet outside. Except in the US on tv/movie/youtube and in the UK.
    Is this a US/UK vs Europe thing? Or simply something we do different up here in the nordics? Anyone else in the comments from other european countries that can tell me how it looks in their country?

      Milwaukee or Dewalt? What's the preference for the Perkins crew? Have seen you guys using both in the videos. I have Dewalt batteries but picked up an adapter off Amazon so I can used Dewalt batteries with the 18g Milwaukee. Can't decide on the framing nailer yet?

    How much would cost to demo that deck? I got a staggering estimate for deck demo a couple of years ago.

      Cost of material + at least $25-$35/hr per man of labor for Subcontractor fee. Permit fees and Contractor %. Clean up and dump costs. Complete demo in a cpl weeks. Never know what you'd run into IMO so you can do the math for just the demo.
