Can i use this screen with my jvc dla-rs46 or must it be a bright projector like your Sony?
The screen will work with any projector. It depends on the position and angle of the projector. Your JVC Is a lillte dimmer than my Sony. But should work.

Can you help me understand what the difference is, besides price, that you get with a much more expensive Screen Innovations? Is the extra money really a difference in picture quality or is the screen Innovations fame better? Just trying to see why I would want to pay more for. Screen innovations set up. Thanks.
For my dark basement, with my 4K Sony projector. This screen enhanced the colors and black level of the Image. That's what I can tell you.

Why you choose 3D over 5D material?
1.5 gain light reflection was too much.
Is the flicker on the screen due to your camera 🤔

I thought the only benefit of moving to a grey screen is the better performance with ambient light and the deeper blacks. When completely dark isn’t the white screen better? Some online comparisons show that the white screen looks brighter when compared to grey with the lights out.
I dont know why It looks better with a grey screen. But my blacks are darker and my hdr picture has much more pop to It. But I may be just an exception.
