Gratz RAF. ALR rules. In a living room like mine there is no other option and even at your paradise its better ......cool. Mayby you should put a cloth on the speakers like That triple black velvet to reduce reflections even more . Enjoy!!!
Only disadvantage would be when the installation of speakers behind the screen is wanted.

I'm using a 135-inch screen, projector mounted at the back of the room, near the ceiling, about 16.5 feet, lens to screen.
It's our living room/home theater theater/bedroom, as we have a queen sized bed at the back, where we watch from mostly, or sit in the theater seating at the foot of the bed.
So my question is this, do you think the CineGrey 3d will work in my room? I have burgandy blackout curtains, but I don't want to sit in a dungeon all the time, lol 😅
    P.S. - my projector is a new Panasonic pt-rz370 laser/led hybrid, 3500 lumens.

Awesome Raf, I'm looking st screens so this was perfect timing and helped alot😘 One thing I noticed in the video was a glare off the top of the center channel speaker which I didn't notice on your old screen. Maybe throw some black velvet or something on top of it or not if its not noticeable to you from your seats. On a side note, that blemish won't matter during movies since that's were the black bars would be😘

You typed in the video "no hot spots". There is really no hot spots? Because in some parts of the video (for example at 17:32) it looks clearly to me that the center of the picture is brighter than the left and right part. I bought CineGrey 3D and 5D samples one year ago. At first I was blown away. I put the samples on the center of the picture and the picture on them was great. But after I put them more to the left or to the right I was dissapointed. The picture on the samples was then a lot more darker. If there would not be such a big hot spots in this samples I would buy the screen but this hot spots are deal breaker to me.

    • @TheRafcave

Also, I saw a Stewart ALR screen in Best Buy which was $2000 bucks(Which looked like it was worth 100 bucks at the most) for the 92 inch version btw! And it looked like crap even compared to the Sony mid ranged led in the other demo room , bright in the very center of the screen and very dim everywhere else, I tried standing and kneeling at every angle, even put my face 6 inches away from the screen, it didn't make the pic look any better, Should I just go with an OG Cinewhite, I don't want any hot spotting or a dimmer image at night?
