Baby goats’ first adorable hops!

- Goats are amazing in 1 million ways, but perhaps top of the list is that they are born, ready to walk, and by the time they are one day old, they are almost always starting to hop. Today, Rosa’s one day old twins Agnes and Annette took their first hops on their walk with their mom around the barn. It is so fun to see their delight when they discover what their little legs are able to do and their glee always makes me laugh! Hope their first efforts make you smile too! Annette was eyeing the shavings and hay bales! I bet by tomorrow she will be jumping g right up into them! The newest additions also got to meet one of our barn cats, Roger!

First time I have really noticed how Momma guides her kids to feed and communicating with them. These first two are adorable? Good job Momma❣️🇨🇦
Once there are lots of kids and mamas in the barn it is harder to pick up on all these conversations! Just sounds like a lot of baaaaing! It has been nice just to be able to observe these three in a quiet barn!

I’m watching rescued baby beavers romping and playing in their new digs and now I get to see the newest farm babies hippity hopping in their barn digs with mama. There’s absolutely no better way to spend a Saturday morning than to watch these adorable babies. What a great celebration of spring and the Easter holiday. Love and hugs to all! 🥰🥰🥳❤️😁
