From the bowl, the spice blend seems to be a combo of
15 g of salt
15 g of turmeric
15 g of garlic powder
15 g of onion powder
15 g of aleppo pepper flakes
15 g of either guajillo or chile del árbol flakes.
And my assumption is that they put some MSG, black pepper, and some kind of green herb, like oregano.
Edit: I should’ve told y’all that the grams amount may not be correct since the amount of each spice looks like 15 grams so I’m sorry if anyone followed this spice blend and it didn’t turn out well.
