      You don't need to so much protine causes your low weight. Eat 0.8 grams to 1.5 grams of protein per kg of your bodu weight

    Protein powder is unaffordable for me, so I am skipping that one. And Also, the 2 whole + 2 egg whites option is again problematic because what would I do with the 2 remaining yolks?? So I am skipping that one too... Btw, do I need Desi chicken or should broiler chicken be enough? I mean, Desi one is 500Rs kilo and broiler is 200Rs kilo.
