I remember seeing The Death of Stalin online for free in HD, right upon it's theatrical release. It was cracked and available for a while. Did not see a trailer before I saw it. It was the FUNNIEST SHIT EVER. I laughed out loud so much. I would have to go back to childhood watching Jerry Lewis, Peter Sellers, or John Cleese in Faulty Towers, to remember watching comedy and actually bursting into laughter, and not just thinking this is funny, or at best just chuckling without laughing. It's a black comedy, british black humor. They pulled this off, with all being English, with different english accents. Genious.

I find it ironic that both Jason, Isaacs, and Rupert friend were both the grand inquisitors, and Jason Isaacs, punched Rupert friend in the death of Stalin

Interesting that Isaacs & Iannucci walk on stage & shake the moderator's hand, Friend? Nada.

The person basically took The Death Of Stalin as being an analogy to what happened after Mugabe - it was a comment on the films applicability

The movie is a masterpiece. I loved it. But its full of lies and is a blatant western propaganda. Though some facts were correct. Anyway, as a comedy I recommend it to everyone.

The most untrue thing was the death of the crowd at the funeral, everything else was almost exact just condensed from months to days

I totally agree comrade Bor. I wanted to learn of this magnificent period displaying the majestic orderly transfer of power after the death of our great leader. I now curse the imperialist dogs who robbed my rubles by planting this lying blatant western propaganda . I was 3/4 through the movie before I realized I had been swindled by the sneaky capitalist jackals. Curse them

@@larrywiniarski1746 "western" does not mean "capitalist". The "west" is killing capitalism today and we are moving towards long lines, shity quality....
Modern "western" propaganda is against anyone who dares to be an uncontrollable leader.

If you think the killing in the movie was too much, then I don't recommend reading any history on the 20th century
