Hello, I haven't been watching much tube over the last year or so, and the first one I watch is you planning a New Zealand pilsner. As it happens I'm planning a double batch of NZ pilsner myself this Friday. I was going to go all Nelson, do you have any recommendations for a hop to go with it?

Nice one mate, never got on well with Nelson personally. Have made a few pilsner and kolsch batches with cascade and they have been my favourite.

Just European malt here. This is German pilsner
So how is the G40 going
Definite step up on the robobrew and I can do double batches, speaking of which I got a boil going right now 👍
