So based on what the Ultraman Wiki said, I think the premise of Project Ultra was along the lines of this. So in the future, a comet hits the Earth and causes the apocalypse. So, the mysterious organization, S, takes over and has an organization called "CUT" that acts the military. Alien monsters show up. Some guy named "Neil" gains the ability to transform into Ultraman Millennium. He uses these powers to fight the monsters and try to discover the truth behind S. To complicate things, there are two antagonistic Ultramen: Dark Ultraman (who used to be good but became evil for unknown reasons) and Ultraman Elite (an Ultraman created by S via Millennium's DNA to work for them).

From what I know according to William Winckler producer and director of the English Dub of the Ultraman Ginga S and Ultraman X movies (yes there is a dub that exist) he said back in the 80s his company was going to produce an American adaptation of Ultraman 80 starring Adam West as the idea was it would be Ultraman 80 with Adam being sort of a person in a ship explaining what was going on similar to how Raymond Burr was in the original Godzilla,

Watching this made me wish that the animated series Ultraman USA gets a proper TV series.
Bemular has actually been the main villain in Ultraman manga, I just read only 4 vols, so far, I already bought the fifth but I don't really have much time now.

I don’t know if it’s true but project yellow eyes was Ultraman The Next movie. On the wiki it said the project was named under “yellow eyes” probably referencing Sevens original name “ultra eyes”. I don’t know if that’s all true but yeh :D

I've only watched the Hayata Ultraman, but the rest of the Ultra series seems very hard to get into due to a lot of them not being released or subbed in English. I've tried a few sites but they only have a few of each series, then there's the movies, the crossovers..I can't even keep up with Sentai, as I can't find a lot of early series, and their assorted films, vs. and crossovers either, and I've not attempted any KR yet!
Any suggestions as to where or if I can watch online, get the English subbed DVDs?

The Man From Krypton Ultraman Tiga and some of the early Heisei Ultra movies had home releases years ago but they're not widely available compared to classic Ultraman and Ultra Seven. You can also read the more darker Ultraman manga that's being published in English
Badre Bally wow, I didn't know Ultra was so hard to find, I got lucky and found Hayata Ultraman at a video game store. I guess Kamen Rider series are hard to find too? I have been trying to watch Sentai too, but they seem to have more series and films subbed than Ultraman. I am trying to find Orb and Geed right now. Finding anything here on YT is hit and miss. Is that manga available in book stores here or is it an oversees order? I heard they have a Sentai Jetman manga too. Thanks for your help, I'm a noob to toku, there is so much!

The first Ultraman Woman (sounds wrong but what choice is there?) wasn't going to be in Justice, because she already existed. Ultraman Beth appeared in Ultraman USA back in the 80s, and even if that series didn't get made, it was made into a movie and the costumes of the three Ultraman USA ultra characters did appear in stage shows in Japan. So Tsuburaya considered her official at some level.

Tsuburaya shouldn't have spread Ultraman across the world so quickly which was one of the reason's for Tsuburaya's failing business. They should have waited like Toei before releasing it to the world like when Toei released Super Sentai to the Western audience as Power Rangers
