Of course he'll play. De Bruyne is injured and he'll be first choice alongside David Silva in midfield, and will probably be preferred to Mahrez in many games. He was brilliant last season. But he's not English, so nobody cared. Foden certainly won't play. 20 games? lol. He has Silva, De Bruyne, Silva and Gundogan ahead of him.

silva doesn't catch the eye or get insane stats so most people underestimate what he brings to the team so i doubt he will win player of the year but quality wise he is up there.

United were very mediocre at times last season and the warning bells were all ringing at the start of this one and... they've started badly. Lucky to even win the one game.
Chelsea typically do well and make top four when they hire a new manager - and Sarri is not an idiot, he transformed Napoli into a Serie A title challenger. Not too shabby. They also have a number of talented players and have won 2 of the last four titles - very decent indeed. They've starting very well and should go top when they play Cardiff in two weekends time.

a good goalkeeper will keep the other players from one less worries that is conceding goal so they could focus on their role and play. Add good defenders to that and the MF and forwards can focus on playing passes and shoots.

gary is a great pundit, but I just think he is biased towards man utd while making those predictions. don't get me wrong but if mourinho had the same sort of start in some other top 6 team who had qualified for top 4 only twice in last 5 seasons, he would have never placed them in the top 4. even during 16-17 he thought man utd were one of the favourites for the title despite man utd having europa league and having a manager who had a meltdown in his previous job. carra and Gary are the best pundits out there and I'm not at all criticizing Gary. just citing my opinion!
