    Great looking bike, and I just happen to have it. The bike was delivered with a faulty motor cutoff switch wire, "ah no customer support" so I fixed it myself. Then I discovered in about 30 miles, the chain was chewing off the side of the right rear tire, again no customer support, so once again I took the appropriate countermeasures to solve this problem as well.
    So if you want an honest review, don't purchase from this company unless you're handy at solving engineering, and mechanical problems!
    Happy cycling, stay safe,
    Don

    @ Tech Tablets, you should consider producing your videos with more volume. People on decent rigs can always turn the volume down. But those on cheap laptops can only turn the sound up so much. Something to consider. Anyways. Enjoy your holidays mate. Peace.

    The Fiido M21 seems better to me. Basically a Fiido m1 Pro but with a torque sensor so you can really use it as an off road bike, even when going slow too. Sadly, Engwe doesn't have any model with a torque sensor. That solves trouble with different speed settings too. Fiido also improves the bike gradually, changing out the screen and the controller and adding mudguards. Buying any of these Chinese bikes on release increases your chances of having issues by a lot.
    The rattling is also a bad sign in the longterm, imo.

      Theres no overkill. The idea is to give you low powered motorbikes with the fat tyre models. So you have that presence on the road that garners more respect from car drivers. Than a flimsy little bike with narrow wheels.
      And believe me if you live where I live THATS IMPORTANT. I used to ride a FIIDO D4S. And got no respect and consideration from most drivers on the roads I ride. When I got the FIIDO M1 PRO that changed. Because its built like a tank. And looks like it can take down a wall.
      Even motor bike riders are constantly questioning me about it. Its has that presence and power to hold it's own on the busy streets I ride on.

      19AH battery? I dont think it's possible to get a battery that big inside the actual frame of the bike. Unless they make a bigger frame. It will have to be attached on the outside. 13AH is usually the limit for an internal bike frame battery.

    • @fender1000100
      @fender1000100 Před 2 lety +1

      This ridiculous max speed of 25km is not enforceable. They would have to arrest thousands of delivery riders in London where I live for a start. So long as you arent tearing up the street at 30 plus miles an hour on a scooter or noisy electric scrambler.
      Nobody cares. I've been riding my 500w ADO A20F for over 6 months. Going up to 26mph at times. Never had a problem. It's always been a meme law. Even fit guys on road bikes can cruise at 20plus miles an
      Hour. They either set a UNIVERSAL two wheel speed limit for ALL bikes (say 25mph) or forget it.
      Besides the BEAUTY of having an electric bike with pedals a chain an shimano gears. Is the casual onlooker has no idea what's making you move. So long as you spin your pedals every so often and stay around 25mph tops. You are not gonna have a problem.

    =) One more time - after watching your video, decided to buy this bike ;) (other bought Realme gt2 pro). Now bought Engwe ep2 pro upgraded ver. 13mah. Really nice bike, very enjoyable to ride. Interesting - in real life it looks HUGE!!! - from the video - you can't really understand how big it is!
    Made some measuring's - max speed without PAS - ~39kmh, with peddling - up to 40-45kmh. And the fully electric range on max mode 5 - around 30-35km! (only peddled during starting)...
    Also noticed on speed 30-40kmh - i can't really peddle assist - not enough gears (gear size), so usually after 30kmh - i go on fully electric, or you have to peddle reallllllyyyy fast!
    And small plus - as claimed by engwe - it has regeneration.
    So definitely would advice this one! - best value for money bike!

  • @fender1000100
    @fender1000100 Před 2 lety +7

    This is a good bike. But its not as fast as the FIIDO M1. And doesnt have the torque to climb hills as well.
    What you have to consider is the M1 PRO weighs 25.5KG. And this weighs 33KG. So you have like a 16lb difference in weight. And this means the engine has to work harder.
    My friend has this bike. And I have the M1 pro. And he can't catch me. And hills the M1 can go up this struggles on. So you have to consider these things.
    The Engine Pro in reality is a 500w motor. Not a true 750w motor. So it's the same as the M1 pro. But as I said its having to move more weight. So this slows it down.
    The Engwe EP2 pro is more on par with the M1 pro and can go around the same speed.
