The Judge just revealed that he was cleared of any ethics violations and received no reprimand because he made $35 worth of political contributions to Democratic causes. Michael Popok compares the ruling by the State Commission on Judicial Conduct with the prior rulings in the Judge’s favor by the Advisory Committee on Judicial Ethics which also gave him a clean bill of health.

Its because the Court wrote Citizens United which allows billionaires to secretly bribe politicians and judges. So rich people don't just buy congress they also buy courts. That's why Trump gets special treatment. He buys judges. Those he can't buy, he tries to get killed so there will be a new judge who he might be able to buy.

If Trump is found guilty, judge Marchan should show him absolutely no sympathy after the ridiculous ethics harassment, bad mouthing he got from Trump and attacks on his daughter. Zero sympathy. No probation sentence. Full jail sentence.
How many other average citizens would have gotten away with these kinds of attacks when on trial. The judge absolutely has to weigh this kind of behavior upon sentencing. It is outrageous.
If and when trump is dumped, the judge will make his findings considering ALL the evidence presented by the defence lawyers and by the defendant himself. Trump may not have to take the stand but he is presenting evidence every day

Perhaps with an Amicus (Friend of the Court) Brief. I don't really know, but you can call the reps in your state to complain. My personal experience is they do nothing about complaints anyway, especially when they are Republicans.
