Let’s not forget about the free college partnership Franklin had with union plus. Allowed many students including myself to get a bachelors for absolutely free as well as their 20% any masters program as well. Really an amazing school geared towards adults that don’t really care about the college party/social scene
Sad they got rid of the free union benefit. Only avail for low income folks now
Union plus program was great. I’m glad I got in and out just in time, very unfortunate they ended that
I appreciate all your work. Can you look in to Columbia southern university I here they are now regionally accredited😊
Can you review UMass Amherst University Without Walls? Very seriously considering transferring there!
Great video! I am a student at Franklin University taking advantage of my Union Benefit program from work. I have 7 more classes to go and should be done Spring 2024. I am looking into going right after into the Masters Program there also.
Hello, I loved this video! Thanks to your advice and Sophia's, I actually graduated last Sat with a bachelor's in Management and leadership. I completed 36 credits in 6 and half weeks, so I could be done and go to commencement. But, I was trying to enroll in a master's program in HR, and I checked Franklin's first, but they do not have a "flex path" to graduate in 12 months of less with a master's, so I chose to get information for Excelsior University instead. When are you going to do a review of them? I am interested to see what you think before I enroll. These are my two best options, I think. Either Franklin or Excelsior. Thankyou, Thank you, Thank you!
Honestly don't have much to say about Excelsior's grad program, but they are a good school. I think you'll be happy with either one.
I would love to see a grade/review for my alma mater WGU….
Working on one!
The opening line was so shady 😂😂😂
Great content. Thank you!
One question: Can a US citizen be accepted or enroll at FrankU and take courses from overseas? I know WGU doesn't allow this, but does FrankU? ... Meanwhile I'll keep looking online to try to find out. Maybe this would those few others in a similar situation.
Yes!
Hi! Great videos! 😃👍
I’m a teacher with 24 years of experience in the field, and I’m interested in the master’s in Teaching Special Education that WGU offers…So, question: would I be able to transfer some credits if I, obviously, already have the license in teaching, AND an ESE endorsement?
Thank you.
Sounds likely! WGU will let you apply and submit transcripts for a free transfer credit evaluation before you make a commitment to the school, highly recommend that as your next step!
How long are CLEP tests good for? If I pass a test can I use it for college credit a couple years down the road?
Depends on the school and how far back they'll take them.
Do you help with graduate degree hacking? I just started at FU ( I think it is hilarious) I will have my BS in Psych in about a year and a half. I am so excited to finally be finishing what I started nearly 20 years ago!
Nice!! 😍 We do consult on grad degrees :) But it’s different than undergrad. No Sophia or anything at the grad level, so the main tricks are to pick a competency based program and then look for schools that do work experience and portfolio credit so you have a chance of using that to get credit for some courses. :)
Hi , can you make a video on the possibility of hacking a masters?
Can you hack a master’s degree to graduate early? #graduate #collegehacks #bestonlinecolleges
Columbia Southern University for Occupational Health and Safety?
They just got regional accreditation so and their graduates have high earnings for a for profit.
@@missdesireindependance5194no, they have had a regional accreditation for about a year now I believe
I'm torn between FU and TESU. I'm a veteran and get a discounted rate at both schools.
Liberty also does steep discounts for veterans and first responders, in case you want to make the choice even harder 😜 But really, all great schools do you can’t go wrong! TESU and LUO are more hackable though.
@@CollegeHacked yes, I looked into Liberty but it looks like they don't offer Computer Science. What do you think of Bellevue University?
@@JDMorris81 Oh for computer science TESU is actually golden. Don't know too much about Bellevue, but upon quick review it's a private, regionally accredited school with a solid graduation rate. Seems great :) Not sure of hackability, you should look into their transfer policies.
There system is not a pass or fail and certification based system like WGU?
Nope, Franklin University operates on a GPA system like most other colleges which could make it an ideal choice if you plan to enter into a graduate program at another university. If you do transfer in any Sophia, Straighterline or CLEP credits however they will likely show up as pass/fail on the transcript itself but the rest of the degree will be GPA.
Should I pursue my Master's, I would choose Franklin University. Go FU!
That all depends on the goal for pursuing a masters :)
Are the course work or anywork proctored exams?
Some of the exams at Franklin are proctored, some are not. It entirely depends on the course and professor. Usually the proctored ones are midterms and final exams and things like weekly quizzes are not proctored. I also know that many of the courses at franklin use McGrawHill &/or proctorio to facilitate their quizzes and larger exams. Not sure how many courses use them though.
How long are their courses?
Did you finish?
They are wrong!!! Ohio is great!!
We don’t want yall to know so ya don’t ruin it!!
😂❤️
