No one ever cleans the plastic ring at the bottom. This week it came off so I cleaned it but can’t put it back on @namawell

the hack is definitely to clean it immediately. or keep the juicer filled with water if you're going to wait to wash it out.

We have very hard water at home and my Nama J2 has become affected by that.. there are some calcium type deposits and its super hard to remove. We try to wipe out the sensitive parts but it doesn’t help. What can I do?
We never had this issue with the tribest masticator as there is no plastic..
Have you tried baking soda? You can soak in it for an hour. Make sure to always wash right away dontblet it sit on the counter for to long.

I use compressed air, i.e., Dust Off, to blow water from hard to dry places.

If you bought it last year just contact them and i'm sure they will make sure you will have 15 years. Yes its 15 years on the whole machine.

Contact the customer support at Nama Well. They are amazing. What did you juice? Which part is stuck? That never happens to me so I wonder if there is something you juice that made it stuck.

Yes, they are, but it's best to wash it by hand.

I used to do that until my wrist was hurting from squeezing the juice, especially when I juice daily wasn't worth it. This is much faster, and cleaning is a breeze.

I was having the same issue. I notice. Make sure after every is wash , let it set a few minutes to air dry, or just wipe off any wet water. It’s hard to get back in when there is water on the items
Set a parent easy at first, but I cannot get a little bit of kale and cucumber out of the shoot for the stock of that I have to unscrew it
all you have to do is reverse then turn on again and if that didnt work just open the shoot from the bottom. there is no reason to ever unscrew anything.
Mine always seems to leave residue on it no matters how hard I scrub it

I left it there for a week without cleaning we were in a crazy rush to get to airport and we came back it smelled so bad and there was white fuz or fungus everywhere I was so scared!!! I’m currently letting it soak in hot water white vinegar and soap. should I add bleach?

I have a Nutra bullet that I’ve been using for over eight years. The only small problem with that is straining some of my vegetables, such as carrots and celery after blending.
@veejack9196 Yes, I hear you. I used to do it too it took too much time. With this juicervits so much faster, and all I have to do is clean in less than 3 min faster than straining the juice.

The difference is that there is no added water to the juicer when I make pure juice. Many people have to add water to the blender when they are making juice. That dilutes the nutrients.
Very true takes away the real flavor of pure juice taste. I had many juices but once I seen this nama j2 that was my Xmas gift to myself and I had many juicers, but I will never go back to any other juicer
J2 is my favorite..

@@k9nickIt dilutes the flavor and the nutrients per ounce. You can try fresh juice and one mixed with water and see the difference.
