    This is a really nice work. You have made a good research and the transition from one technique to the next are connected, highlighting the issues. Inspiring!

    This is so useful thank you! I'm in year 10 but I will be doing Textiles for A Level and your sketchbook looks amazing, you definitely deserved that A*! Could we also have the tutorial at 14:33 please?

      Hi, glad I could help. You are asking about a tutorial, what exacly do you mean by 14:33?

      Actually I just realised what you mean, you want a tutorial on how I manipulated the pictures on illustrator and added them onto the manequins?

    Wow this is beautiful and so helpful! How did you make the coloured newspaper experiments?

    • @Belchiorstudio
      @Belchiorstudio  Před 3 lety +2

      Its a process of shredding news paper, removing the original ink and then adding fabric dye which is where the colour comes from. Then you have another long drying process. If you want I can make a video about it, because its quite a long process that requires a long explanation.

    Stunning textiles. Do you work on A2 or A1 size? Is it black paper or card. Thank you

    • @Belchiorstudio
      @Belchiorstudio  Před 3 lety +1

      I worked on A1 size, but I was also using an A4 size sketchbook along to way to keep all my ideas as they progressed

    Do you think it would be difficult for me to take up textiles at a level if I didn’t do it for GCSEs but I make garments at home ?

    • @Belchiorstudio
      @Belchiorstudio  Před 2 lety +1

      If you did any art or graphics GCSE then it would be easier for you as you need to know what examiners want to see and what kind of work you will need to produce. I definitely think you can do it alone but please make sure you have all the available resources to do this Alevel as it requires a lot of experimenting and materials.
