So the red and yellow wires that are cut on the opposite ends are just left alone? Only the sides that are going to the ecm are the ones used I'm guessing?
Correct remapping way better and EGT times less without any faults and less smoke with not so loud engine working. But almost everybody starts from evry mod, because it's cheap))
For this style of potentiometer that’s how it has to be done for it to work, we set it to the ohms before bridging them. Still a work in progress we will keep everybody
Any idea at all what the expected hp and torque increase numbers are on a totally stock OM606 with only this EVRY mod? I read that on some TDI's they were getting 20hp and 57 ft-lb gains. Really curious what I can expect with the OM606.
@@dumbluckcustomz2348 So you just bridge straight across (going through the resistor) from the yellow to the red without cutting them right? I put a 3.7k across there and it did not seem to do anything. I did verify that it was pin 6 & 7 on the fuel injection connection just as you did in your video.
@@onsomebits7486I never did get the EVRY mod to work. I had wired it in there at the same time that I installed a stage 2 tuned ECM and HX35 turbo. I gave it a shot within the first 30 minutes of running with all the new work done and while looking for a fuel leak (which turned out to be caused by inadvertently using a piece of washer hose instead of fuel hose for one of the injector return lines-dumb move) I had a brief runaway motor moment (luckily very brief) I got gun shy about the EVRY mod and have not tried it again since. Even though the runaway issue was very likely due to the return line fuel leak.
hi if you still wanna do it, search for dieselpunk on youtube he is like a 606 god and also sells standalone injektor pumps and more so you basically dont need anything else

Just picked up a 99 om606 car. I started with a EGR delete, how do I keep the engine light off 😅

can be instaled to w124 with mechanical fuel pumP?
THANKS AJ
So my car has no red wire.
So no wire going to pin 6.
Have you guys ran into this?
wiring the left and right pin of the potentiometer into one would make it non-adjustable... No?

Do you have to do anything to the stock wastegate?
We don’t run the stock turbo so we are unsure
Is there something similar that will work for a om603 engine? Non turbo
I believe those are mechanically injected so you would have to either modify the pump or buy a built pump

We have another video on a comparison of with Evrymod and without

@@Skul-Ski we had some that didn’t work, we noticed that the adjustable potentiometers worked best
Easily 35bhp 70+ftlb on an m51d25

I have an om606 machine I want to start it without a computer What do I need or how to operate it?
I started with the cable and gave the highest speed.
In order to run a 606 without a computer you would need to get a mechanical injection pump
hi if you still wanna do it, search for dieselpunk on youtube he is like a 606 god and also sells standalone injektor pumps and more so you basically dont need anything else
you need a pump from the w124 om603. then u can get rid of the mass air flow sensor and no more electronically controlled mechanical pump
Do you guys know if you can do evry mod on the om611 engine? w210
Nah, it needs to be remapped for more fueling
i do not have a mechanical injection pump, is that any problem?
The Evrymod will only work with an EDC pump
Can y’all make a video on how to turn off the tc fully I can’t find anything about it and when I try to drift it kicks on
We have not done that yet but when we do figure it out we will definitely make a video on it
How about tricking the computer to get more boost ? I put a new map sensor still get limp mode sometimes
@@Frostyfarms Did you run a higher bar sensor?
Yes
All I did was remove the plug from the ADS/ABS Module by the window washer tank
Run a switch on the throttle potentiometer aswell so the mod only works after half throttle. Avoids the shit idle then
Plus you can run a lot more fuel. Then also
Probably would be good also to wire it so you can control the on/off from the inside of the car.
Simon Nyman yeah or a switched pot that has a switch in it. That’s what I run in my car
can you put a link on supplies
Potentiometer you can get on Amazon, we will find a link
I'm having a super hard time just finding a 1997-1999 300d turbo
The Paultergeist they are definitely hard to find, but when you do they usually aren’t cheap
Yeah, you like the pollution of the environment too☠🌲☠😋👍
Before you comment maybe you should do some research on the molecular structure of the exhaust smoke
