- How to install EVRY MOD on OM605 and OM606 - W202, W210 :
You will need resistor on potentiometer on pins 6 and 7, red and yellow wires.
Maximum resistance 800 ohm = lot of fuel, shakes in idle, more power and lot of smoke
800 ohm to 5k ohm = fun starts here! For this range it is essential to have a potentiometer
Resistance 5k ohm or more = slightly more fuel than usual, unnoticeable power gain, no smoke
I used a potentiometer up to 5k ohm + 800ohm resistor and a switch, i think that's the best option

Hi i tried this on my cheap w202 2.5td drift car but on 1,2kohm it shuts down at 4krpm.. why? Turbo pressure is stock

Pozdrav za vlasnika kanala i pratioce iz Bgd.Moje pitanje šta je potrebno za prepravku učiniti sa turbinom i ostalim pomagalima oko ubrizgavanja kada se u motor om 605 ubaci pumpa mehanička tj.doziranje gasa se vrši preko poluge ili sajle za boš pumpu sa karaktestikama pumpe koje odgovaraju za pumppu sa elektronikom tj sa isključivanjem poteniometra sa gasom.. Motor 605 i 606 su modeficirana verzija motora 601 i 602 stim da je glava sa duplim ventilima .Vaše mišljenje o ubacivanju takvog motora u karoseriju 126.. Potom poznato da je motor 605 ubacivan u 124 mercedesa sa mehaničkim doziranjem pumpe i dali neko ima ili zna za takve poluge za gas odnosno pumpe.

Can you do the video for disabling the ASR? My button aint working and want to turn it off completely.. Can we turn off the ASR and keep the ABS?
I can make this video. You can only disable asr and abs together with taking abs module to diagnostic mode via diagnostic port (round port-obd, by bricking two pins)

no wattage... resistence - ohm! 800-1500ohm is ideal

What is the function of pin 6 and 7? What I mean is why 6 and 7 exactly? What do theese pins do?
i have never tried it on mercs or vw but i believe that on vw's the evry mod tells the engine that it is really cold so it compensates with more fuel. but as i said that's only what i've read on the interweb. but i could imagine that it is the same om mercs
Fuel quantity rack position sensor. It changes the feedback from the pump to the ECU so that the ECU thinks the actual rack position is less, and thus adjusts it towards more fuel. For example 3 volts on the feedback might mean say 12mm of rack travel, but with the resistor the 3v is dropped to 2.5v. The ECU now actuates the solenoid and pushes the rack to 15mm to get the same 3v, which means more fuel in reality. Also this is the reason why it idles so poorly with the mod on

Higher power is at lower resistance - 800ohm for max power.

How high can the exhaust temperature get before you run the risk of damage?
You can run really high EGT’s just not for long. If you get into the 1400°F or 760°C you don’t want to stay there for very long

You can't this is only for inline and rotary EDC pumps, does not work on common rail. It's better and easier to get a remap, since your ECU is flashable (these older ones require soldering chips on the board)

This is cheap way to kill engine.Better to make nice remapping and do not worry about limp mods,faults and overheating)
I got different opinions about EVRY. There is currently no limp mode or faults. You need to know the limit. The chip goes into the car definitely 🤘
@@Workshop385 try to make more boost and you will see all "presents" from ecu.
I saw those problems a long time ago when I started with this. The limit should not be exceeded! 😉

Dobri za tuning... malo ih muče predkomore kao i svake starije mercedese, zatim u w202 liniji imaju problema sa dobavom goriva... ove plastične cijevi i spojke su im živa koma. Uglavnom su više nego dobri.
