Once again, I am disappointed you did not include this moment from Luca as I said when you made a top 10 list instead of a 20 list:
In the movie Luca, there's a scene where through Giulia, the titular character throws shade at Ercole the bully in town.
Guilia was like "Ercole, you look like..."
Luca whispers "catfish"
Giulia repeats "A Catfish!"
The crowd as well as the bully takes it in stride until...
Luca in the most innocent voice ever: *"they’re bottom feeders and they also have two sad little whiskers.”*
There was enough to actually get under the bully's skin and the people laughing at him to the point where the bully flat out declared that he will destroy Luca in the upcoming race. No one in town has ever been able to do that until Luca and Alberto came to town. Heck, even Luca's companion, Alberto gave a sly smirk at the jerk as Luca says the line as if silently saying, "ooh, you got burned!"
And unlike all the other characters on this list who mostly said their lines with confidence, Luca is actually nervous and scared of Ercole. So when he said the insult and it actually did manage to get through Ercole's skin, it's much more impressive and actually should have at least been given an honorable mention
I have used: "It's called a hustle, sweetheart.", "You are a sad, strange little man.", and I actually called someone a "Nerf herder".
No, I haven't, but whenever I think about Scar's classic insult, my comeback is: "Well, Scar, look in the nearest pond and you'll see the chief of idiots staring right back at you!"

Pascal from Tangled! I know he doesnt have any lines, but he is so Sassy! 🦎 Theres a particular moment when Pascal and Maximus meet. Pascal is ontop on Rapunzels head, and if you listen to his squeeks it sounds like he's saying "Back the F*** up" or possibly "Sit the F*** down". It fits so well to the context of the scene and always makes us laugh! 😂
If youve not noticed it before go back and watch that scene, Max is trying to charge at Flynn and Rapunzel is trying to get Max to sit 😂😂 Love our sassy boy! 🦎👌

Mushu and Timón, the kings of sarcasm and sassiness I think jaja

he insults and comebacks from these particular characters are one of the reasons why some of them are my favorites! Because it shows that whether they are main or secondary characters, They're not afraid to lay down the cold hard truth or just generally be mean.
The next list should be about insults & comebacks from Dreamworks. One can only have a feast considering we have characters like Hiccup and Branch with their sarcastic remarks and Donkey and King Julien who are just hilarious and don't hold back on what they think. And that is just the peak of the iceberg.
Emperor's New Groove when someone would ask about the lady's description and everyone would answer "she was scary beyond all reason" meaning Izma.

13 was my favorite ever! Captain Amelia’s sass was one of the top reasons for loving Treasure Planet!
Growing up i used marie's line a lot.
As a teen a guy started mouthing off to his friends about me and i used mushu's iconic "say that to my face you limp noodle"
To my husband, "I am your wife, I'm the greatest good you're ever gonna get!" He always tells me I am =)
I've use the dishonour on you with my husband. I'll also snap back with, "I am your wife! I am the greatest good you're ever going to get!" if he's annoying me 🤣
Captain Amelia just got better as I grew up
Captain Amelia is a character who just frequently pops up in my head sometimes, love her. Even once wrote down one of hers, "With greatest possible respect, zip your howling screamer," for a table next to mine that wouldn't stop talking during math class a few years ago :P

OK I have got to admit.. Captain Amelia is indeed a beautiful example of both sassy and straightforward conveyance of thoughts regarding one's generally proven ineptitude in such a manner as to demonstrate said implausibility of "short-thinking" to such a degree, that I have utterly no choice but to applaud her until my pedial limbs have become limp with overstress..
