    Material
    One cup noodle.
    1/2 of soft tofu.
    One spicy chili pepper.
    One egg.
    A little bit of onion.
    A little bit of green onion.
    A little bit of enoki mushrooms.
    1 spoon of minced garlic.
    1 spoon of red pepper powder.
    Recipe
    1. Cut onions and green onions into pieces.
    2. Chop up the chili peppers and prepare them.
    3. Cut soft tofu in half and use only half.
    4. Add avocado oil to the pot, add 1 spoon of minced garlic, 1 spoon of red pepper powder, and stir-fry it over medium heat.
