[Diet recipe] Making buckwheat soy sauce perilla oil makguksu

    Today, I prepared perilla oil and soy sauce buckwheat noodles with 100% buckwheat noodles
    Buckwheat noodles have high protein content but they can't ignore carbohydrates, so controlling the amount is the key!
    I recommend mixing konjac noodles or increasing the amount of other protein ingredients Haha
    Perilla oil is high quality fat, so you don't have to worry
    When you don't feel like eating, put a bowl of course It's really good!

    Material
    -100% buckwheat noodles 80g
    - One egg
    - 2 spoons of perilla oil, 2 spoons of dark soy sauce, 1 spoon of allulose, 1 spoon of sesame seeds
    - A little bit of chives or green onions
    - A lot of roasted seaweed flakes
    Recipe
    1.Prepare one egg by baking it thinly
    2. Boil buckwheat noodles in boiling water for 5-6 minutes
    3.When noodles are cooked, rinse in cold water and drain
    4. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of alulose, 2 tablespoons of perilla oil, and 1 tablespoon of sesame and make soy sauce
    5.Slice the eggs and cut the vegetables to be served
    6.Put soy sauce into the drained buckwheat noodles and mix them
    7.Add garnish and mix it well!
    Saegon's diet is on an amorphous low-carb diet!
    So that you can eat slowly and for a long time without yo-yo
    I try not to ban sauces.

    메밀 좋아하는데 간장 양념까지 더하니 더 맛있을듯요~
