I think animals naturally sense the type of energy people give off, they have to in order to survive. And refers to the bird as a Dove and a sign for world peace. In my opinion Senator Sanders is the only human being on this planet that could ever start to bring all nations together in a real effort for world peace & that I literally mean.
I'm not necessarily religious in any denominational way but believe me Bernie, in my opinion, is like a modern day Jesus Christ. Never in my entire life have I come across a more caring human being & public servant. I never refer to Bernie as a politician because he's not like the rest - Lord this man has dedicated his life to helping people. Even going back to the 1960's he's was there on the front lines fighting for civil rights & equal rights for all.
Bernie is the real deal - no BS, no smoke and mirrors & believe me no elected official has ever drawn crowds/audiences ever as large as Senator Sanders. The way he unites people it truly amazing. Never has he tried to divide people & never in my life have I ever seen a human being that can unify people like him.
I've had had the utmost respect for him starting from back when he was Mayor of Burlington Vermont & always will. He genuinely cares & has never ever strayed from his core beliefs of justice & equality for all & that includes economic justice.
I come back to this moment to remember what hope truly feels like. It’s important to remember, because in times of despair, hope is something you must learn to give yourself. Keep up the good fight. Change doesn’t happen overnight.

I think animals naturally sense the type of energy people give off, they have to in order to survive. The bird landed near Sanders and felt that he was not a threat, and perhaps further felt his positive energy and wanted to be closer to him. So he flew to his lectern. It only flew away when he moved his arm up, which could be a threatening gesture (it did not want to stick around to find out).

My 9 year old son is now learning about MLK Jr. and Bernie always being there to support, defend and stand strong with Dr. King (and others many years ago during the Civil Rights marches/movements), and said, "I think that little bird is Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. coming to see his best friend and support him as a bird." 🥰 He is especially happy for them both, because if it weren't for MLK, and a good friend like Bernie Sanders, he would not be here (he's biracial).
