Today, I try out the new demo that has just released for Princess Peach Showtime! I play through the whole demo today and give my thoughts throughout! This game releases EXCLUSIVELY on the Nintendo Switch on Friday, March 22nd.

It definitely gives me Luigi’s Mansion 3 vibes. I also don’t really like the font especially where the text shows up above the character’s heads except for the Toads, main cutscenes and Stella. The other ones look like they were edited in when they could have added a bubble atleast. The loading screen is very bad but the cutscenes definitely give me Luigi’s Mansion 3 cutscene vibes. Stella reminds me of Olivia and Prince Florian. Peach’s new voice clips are awesome. This feels like the most peach has spoken. Samantha Kelly must have been happy. I also don’t like how easy and basic it is. I mean it’s created my the Yoshi Crafted World company so of course it’s easy but the only main buttons are A, B, ZR, ZL, L and R buttons. Most things that I did was just from mashing buttons and I have no idea what I did so mainly it’s just a lot of mashing buttons and that’s it. Maybe it could be specific timing. The losing coins when you die seems like Mario Odyssey. I guess what the game’s difficulty is: easy to play and beat but it’s hard to 100%. It’s cute though, new and unique but I might wait until Luigi’s Mansion 2 HD and Paper Mario TTYD. Or atleast wait until we get the actual release dates
