All I can tell you is that I have very aggressive stage 4 prostate cancer with bone mets to hips, ribs, spine. Had every treatment from Lupron and Abiraterone to chemo with docetaxel. Nothing was slowing it down.
Recently completed full course of 6 infusions of Pluvicto. Last week, bone, CT and MRI scans.
All showed NO ACTIVE CANCER, no new lesions, no activity with previous lesions. No signs of active cancer. A small rise in PSA, possibly from microscopic particles undetectable by scans.
This means a little more time alive. This means not staring death in the face every day.
I’m sure it will return, but for now, a little more time to enjoy birds and sky and my loved ones.
    That’s my story.

I’m in the same situation and the lynparzza and abiraterone is failing as of my last blood test. I’m hoping to get into the pluvicto treatment soon. Thanks for sharing and God bless

      >>Undetectable levels of Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) have been reported from the first patient with metastatic castrate-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) to ever receive two cycles of Clarity’s 67Cu-SAR-bisPSMA at the 8GBq dose level. PSA is a marker of tumour burden, clinical response to treatment and an indicator of the recurrence of disease for prostate cancer.

I think this is geared towards doctors & not the people actively battling prostate cancer. Not everyone knows what those terms mean & researching can be exhausting for those undergoing treatment & looking for answers. We’re scared enough as it is (or anxious) & would love more plain language assessments for what is working & what isn’t & what is hopeful & what we should avoid.

Now in common people language please, LOL. LPT uptake, CRP course, Linage complexity, molecular emergence, ????? Can you all do another video for patients can understand. What you all saying sounds interesting, and we want to hear.

I wonder if the neuro-endocrine patients would benefit from a pre- treatment to increase psma expression and a hit of external radiation.
