In order to remove prostate cancer from the body, there are more gentle alternatives, such as focal therapies. Irreversible Electroporation (IRE) is one of these minimally invasive focal therapies for prostate cancer.

Unfortunately I had to have a trachyectomy, before this technology existed. Can IRE be used on throat cancers in 2022? Thankyou Dr.

Of course the prostate is not inside a "sealed container" or capsule, especially when you poke that capsule with dozens of needles (for biopsy) and allow the now loosened cancer cells to leak into the prostatic plexus of veins and get dragged outside the capsule as the needles are removed.
