In my opinion, iPhone 11 is still a great device in 2022 and there are only a couple of smaller trade-offs if you compare it to some newer models like the iPhone 12 or iPhone 13. If you're asking yourself should you still buy the iPhone 11 today, it definitely holds its own and will continue to be great for at least a few more years. I'm planning on buying an iphone, the only available options to where I live are Iphone 11 Pro Max (256gb) and Iphone 13 Pro Max (128gb) what do you guys think should i pick, I want the new features in Iphone 13 Pro Max (better camera, magsafe, LiDar) but I don't know if 128gb would be enough for me since I'm also planning on using it for making films and vlogs.

Thanks! iPhone 12 mini is technically better, but it's smaller and has worst battery life. If that's important to you, go with the 11, otherwise 12 mini is a great choice.

Would you recommend the iphone 11 new or the iphone 12 used(refurbushed)?
Depends on your budget and local price. If it's not a huge price difference, iPhone 12 for sure! Refurbished officially from Apple or Amazon Renewed iPhones are pretty nice.
Got a new one for $250..very happy with it but heavier than my previous phone.
The 828p display is the real disappointment coming from a 1080p 7 Plus. Text looks fuzzy to me. Sadly I cannot use OLED due to migraines due to the PWM. Stuck with an old iphone until PWM can be addressed.
That's too bad. I'm sure that will be unnoticeable in a few generations, lots of new screens already brought flickering with OLED screens down to a minimum. Hopefully it wont be an issue in a couple of years.
Try turning off the true tone… it makes the screen better and the battery life greater!
@@JMCLau143 never used true tone and never will. I like my screen whites to be clean and crisp, not yellow and murky!
Was really close to buy it but went with a Samsung s20fe that was on sale 450$ brand new 🙌

The SE 3 is a very minor upgrade imo. Unless you really need 5g, I think the 11 is still a better choice. I'm working on a video comparing the 2 models btw, should be out in a few days.

Well, 12 mini has slightly better cameras, but the 11 wins in the battery department. If you really want to prioritize the cameras, you can go with the 12 mini and get a magsafe power bank to go with it. There are great options from Anker that cost literally half as much as the ones from Apple without losing out on quality btw.

Hi i want to buy an iphone for my birthday in july 24 but I can't decide which one is better I'm a heavy user and i want a good camera. My options is iphone 11 pro max 256gb secondhand (654usd) or iphone 13 512gb brand new in (922usd).
If you have the budget for it, 13 is a better phone for sure. But for that price difference, maybe the 11 Pro Max is a better choice. You still get a good camera and battery performance paired with a bigger screen. If u can find a used 13 tho for a lower price, that's a good option as well.

XS Max has a better screen and it's a bit bigger, but imo 11 is way better in every other way. Cameras, battery, chip, everything is better on the 11 except the screen itself.

Depends on your budget, but the 11 is still a great choice imo. When the 14 comes out, 11 will probably be replaced by the 12 in their official lineup with a price drop. So that's another good option.
Hello. I am having a big problem in deciding on what iPhone to upgrade to after 6 years. I currently have the iPhone 6. Regular iPhone 13 which has PWM and OLED screen, I have never used before. Scared of effects or symptoms. Or normal iPhone 11. I don't really need the latest and greatest. Please advise? Thanks.
Actually I think if you can afford the iPhone 13 without a problem then it’s the better option here…staying for longer and having better performance and so on , but if you better save the the money then for the 11 for sure , you aren’t giving up on that much at all if you don’t care like you said
If you scared of the effects…. Maybe you can try the iPhone for a fairly long time at the store and see if something happens ?
Yeah, like @lizak73 said, you can always try it out for a bit. Maybe borrow one from a friend for a day or something. That being said, most people don't have a problem with OLED screens so there's a good chance you wont as well. iPhone 11 is also still a great choice, no PWM and a way lower price. If you're just a casual user, you'll be happy with the 11.

@@SaboorK The display is actually pretty similar but bigger and it gets brighter. The battery on the other hand is much better on the 11 compared to the 6, you will definitely notice a huge difference there. If you choose to go with the 13, both display and battery are waay better compared to iPhone 6.
480p is Standard Definition, HD is 720p and 1080p is HD+
So yeah.. the iPhone 11 is definitely HD even slightly better than HD at 750p 🙂🤓
Yeah, you're correct! I was wondering if someone's gonna catch that 😀 But the classification seems to be changing in recent years, CZcams for example counts only 1080p and higher as HD content as of 2020 or something like that. Either way, what I meant was, iPhone 11s screen is below 1080p 😂 Doesn't change the fact that it's a sharp display tho

Hey, sorry I just saw your comment. Both are great for those prices. It just depends on your budget I guess. The main difference is the display with the 12 having a better, brighter more colorful one, overall design and 5g. If those things are not important to you, save some money and go with the 11 imo

Awesome! It's a great alternative to the 11 pro max. There's a few minor differences but general experience is basically the same on both.

My advice is that wait for iPhone 13 to drop price after iPhone 14 drops next month. If you buy iPhone 11 now ...you will struggle to resell it or trade after a year from now or two.
